At the time of checkout guy was not so polite and smelly sleepy took around 20 minutes to check out.

The locations was good and the breakfast was good, parking was available and the service was very good

Very small rooms with old and few facilities. Sheets and pillows have a little disturbing smell. Staff was very helpful.

對於六七百塊錢一晚上的價位，一點都不滿意，在國內我頂天能給到200元! 沒有牙膏牙刷、漱口杯、拖鞋、洗臉帕、飲用水和熱水壺，空間小（可能是拿單人間加了一張床的，衹有一張床頭有插孔）空調也是壞的。

滿意，總體來説還不錯

房間小，蚊子多，配套少，差評

I wasnt ready for that quality of service, if youre up to five stars services in a tree stars hotel i promise you that this hotel is what your looking for, that reception team was something special, available 24h to help, one of my best long terme stays in a hotel

Actually one of my best business trips, i received the best service quality from the front desk to the room, the way they are up to help you with all your needs is something special. Breakfast was perfect and the staff is very helpful

They took “budgetary” to the extreme , not even water bottles in the room, took multiple requests to get a simple ironing machine , the only positive was that the staff are polite and supportive

1)Breakfast Service was horrible!!! 2)Wasn’t clean properly ? 3) Towels wasn’t Service ? Have to take shower without Towels.

Everything was good only bad point was the pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress was uncomfortable

i was very very pleasantly surprised with the beautiful building, cleanliness, front desk help by abdul aziz who should be promoted to be in charge of that place! Hia service was just excellent! Also fadwa in the restaurant is an excellent staff member. She is very professional, friendly and helpful. Between Abdul Aziz and Fadwa my stay was very pleasant. This was the best ibis in the country…had stayed at other ibis but nothing like this one.
