It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired. Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew. My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse.
