If it was not for most workers who are wonderful, I would rate this property as the worst I have ever stayed at. I contacted the property thru their website and requested a suite with a sea view (they do not exist), Web page indicated that they are an all adults property (they are not). When we arrived at around noon, I was told that I had to pay for lunch and beverages as my all inclusive plan did not start until 3pm?. They only have 2 restaurants and you can only do reservations 2 times at their A La Carte restaurant which only has about 4 food items that are included in the all inclusive plan. On our second reservation it took over 2 hours to get our food! Our room had cracks on the walls, a toilet door that did not work, broken and cracked tiles and no music source (radio or blue tooth speaker), on TV there are only four channels, the mini fridge was not re stocked on second night. There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance. There is major construction on 3 sides of the property, carpet around main pool is soiled and very deteriorated, the A La Carte restaurant is off property and you have to walk about a block to reach it, at night you are told to be cautious walking back to your room as there is no security off property. Entertainment was provided by a a great DJ, but very limited and ends early. Food is not all that good at their buffet restaurant. Alcoholic beverages are limited to the cheapest brands, you have to pay extra for Chivas, JW Black Label, good vodka or Tequila. Most of the staff with the exception of their reception personnel were great and bent over backwards to make our stay tolerable. I blame management for most issues, we left the property at 6am and they did not even have Coffee, much less breakfast. Needless to say, I will never return to this property.

La verdad me encantó la estadía aquí, el trato con el personal es EXCELENTE, todos son muy amables y atentos, el señor Rodrigo, que es mesero es muy servicial. Algunas instalaciones por otro lado, no están tan bien, hablo de la psicina, hay azulejos caídos, algunas barandas están medio caídas, el pasto sintético se ve muy desgastado. Alrededor del restaurante hay como un lago y no se ve limpio (no tiene mal olor). Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias.

Estadia en familia para 4 dias y todo en este hotel nos gusto. buen servicio y la comida en el restaurants merkado muy rica para desayunar. las habitations grandes y comodas, las camas y almohadas se lujo. el rest del club de playa es muy Rico y de noche es magico. La distancia de la ciudad amurallada no es mal de morir ya Que en uber es economico y a 15-20 minutos. precio valor muy Recomendada

Visitamos el maravilloso hotel cuando fuimos en un viaje familiar a Cartagena, Colombia. Nos hospedamos unos días y no pudimos quedar más satisfechos con la atención e instalaciones. La comida estuvo deliciosa; los cuartos grandes, las camas muy cómodas y la vista preciosa; la atención no pudo haber sido mejor y las actividades dentro del hotel estuvieron increíblemente divertidas. El spa es de otro mundo. Lo que mas me impactó aparte de todo lo ya dicho es que es muy lindo y está decorado bellísimo.

Excelente hotel, muy cómodo! Acceso directo a la playa con servicio del hotel, piscina con vista al mar! La coctelería 10 de 10. El restaurant buenísimo, con platos y bebidas autóctonos de Colombia. El desayuno está incluido! 100% recomendable

El hotel súper 10/10, los empleados muy amables con una atención única, recomendado para desestresarse y relajarse del día a día; el restaurante estilo bufet es super rico, la comida fresca y deliciosa. Nota: si es tu cumple te brindan un postrecito. Merece más de 5 estrellas.
