Dalrachney Lodge

We had the pleasure of staying at Dalrachney Lodge for just one night, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way—it's absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, and wonderfully cozy. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The photos online simply don’t do it justice! The breakfast was delicious, and the serene surroundings provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We tend to be quite particular about where we stay, but we truly couldn't find a single fault this time. Additionally, they are planning to open a venue for weddings soon, which we're sure will be just as charming as the rest of the lodge. We highly, highly recommend Dalrachney Lodge—it's a hidden gem that you won't want to miss.

What a great, historic lodge! The early 20th century building makes you feel the experience of the well-to-do hunting parties that came here a hundred years ago. The made-to-order breakfast (4 options) with the buffet of pastries, fruit, cereals and juices was wonderful! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We want to return already!

Such a perfect location to explore the beautiful Cairngorms, and an easy drive from Inverness airport. We’d love to visit you again in the not too distant future. Dalrachney Lodge is stunningly located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The historic Lodge offers welcoming and comfortable common rooms as well as the beautifully appointed bedrooms. Steve and Tracey are wonderful hosts, responsive to guest needs in every way. They provide custom prepared breakfasts as well as delicious dinners on some evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit and would happily return.

One of the best places we stayed in Scotland. Lovely big old house. Good sized room and bed. We had dinner in bar area with host Steve presiding. Good food and friendly conversation. Very good night’s rest. Very generous breakfast in lovely big dining room overlooking the grounds. Steve and Tracy shared the cooking and serving with both doing excellent jobs. As we were travelling by train, Steve picked us up from train and returned us when leaving. It is also a nice village for walking with quite a bit to see for a small place. Steve and Tracy are excellent hosts. Pleasant, fun conversationalists. We highly recommend this place.
