披着樂高外衣的快捷酒店，但小朋友超級愛，外面都是可以玩兒的樂高，各種活動也很多。房間有上下鋪，拉開還能睡一個，實際可以住兩大三小。去樂高樂園不能更方便了！ 吃的還可以，不貴，有密碼箱，解鎖後送了兩包樂高玩具。總之就是適齡小朋友的天堂，大人不用抱太多期望，不是五星級酒店的設施。

來聖地亞哥第一晚入住，孩子們被濃濃樂高氛圍環繞，真是興奮不已疲勞困倦全消。裏裡外外整個設計構思巧妙，小朋友不僅大開眼界，還能實際感受各種難得的沉浸式體驗。假期好開端，贊！🌹😊

Legoland never disappoints!! This is our 6th trip and 2nd one this year. No detail is left untouched. The customer service is amazing and our whole family enjoys everything about it. Be sure to ask the employees for Mr Gold - we actually got one this time!!!

It is the first time I stay here, like every hotel has its pros and cons, and LEGOLAND HOTEL has more pros than cons. In the morning I met with one of the employees of this hotel Jorge from the lobby area, from my point of view a very committed employee, he told me about the activities of both hotels that I could use the laundry of the castle hotel, activities within the hotels and the schedules I loved the information so precise and clear, a gentleman. so on this side the staff is very attentive. The rooms are not very big but they are worth it, they are very clean, it has a safe for your valuables like a mini fridge, it's great, the decor is beautiful, everything inside the room is very clean. I really loved the rooms, I think the negative here would be the view, you only see a parking lot but other than that they are great.

This place was great at bringing the pirate feel to the room and tying it together with Legos, complete with treasure in the safe after completing a treasure hunt through the complex. The lifts are a big hit with disco ball, flashing lights and loud music as you move between floors. Good luck if you don't want to dance while using it. Most of the staff at this hotel are attentive, maybe some of them are a bit tired or bored, but there is one employee who is very dedicated to what he does Jorge from the Lobby told us how to check in at the restaurant we saw him once again on Thursday afternoon and I asked him for some towels and he very kindly gave me great dedication to guest service. It's a bit pricey, but worth it for the kids' experience.

Legoland hotel is right next to the Legoland park and the Castle Hotel. Daily room service includes complimentary water, juice boxes, new Lego toys... on top of the expected cleaning. Customer service is top notch, convenience to the park, hotel amenities are all well thought through. Decoration, ambiance, children-sized bathrooms, buffet lines are all seamless. This place is magical and great value. It's not cheap, but the value is there and we will definitely return! Guests have access to the Castle Hotel- laundry (no charge! I thank Jorge Ignacio from the Lobby for telling us that we could use the laundry room of the other hotel and I also thank him for his attention to our employee, who was really outstanding). outdoor playground, large screen movie. Early access to the park was one of our favorite perks. Buffet has a wide variety of choices but it's just typical American food. After staying there for 4 nights, it's the same menu and it does get boring. Breakfast is complimentary, dinner buffet is ad-on, but for a very reasonable price if pre-pay. Overall, this hotel and park is suitable for the whole family, very safe and pleasant experience.
