South Country Inn

I have coming to this motel twice a year for over two decades on my annual trip south for the winter.It definitely is overpriced but I use it as I do not want to cross over to the U.S. at Lethbridge. This winter all three of my credit cards had expired in March/25 so I was using my debit card. The lady at the front desk refused to accept it so I had to drive to Claresholm where I found a motel at half the price that was happy to take my card. I will definitely never be back here.

Shocked at the state of the hot tub!! The water is brown and cloudy, and black crud was noticeable in the 'foam' created by the hot tub jets! Needless to say, I reported this to the local public health inspector for the area! People were in the pool with their dirty street clothes on, during Saturday night. No one around at the reception desk in the evenings, poos service. Our bed was never made, we had to go into the open linen room to get new towels, and old water bottle was found behind the bed side table. Would not stay here ever again.
