This is a seriously good hotel with amazing attention to detail - everything is thought out . The restaurant was a theatrical and superb experience . Wonderful presentation and service . Only slightly let down by two small details - wrong wine served as aperitif and wife given alcoholic petit four despite many statements that she does not drink alcohol .

We were given room 4 on the 2nd floor. There is a large balcony, with dining table for 2 on one side and comfortable chairs on the other side, overlooking lush greenery. Very private yet you can feel the cold morning breeze. The bed was very comfortable with sockets beside the bed- a plus! The shower and lavatory is covered by a black sheath curtain- shower pressure was strong. Shampoo conditioner and liquid soap were heavenly. Free coffee capsules, and some treats from the refrigerator like olives etc. There was a welcome treat of delicious blackberries, breadsticks and some Apricot pastry- everything was delicious. There was also an evening treat of chocolate waffle - also very delicious. Free coffee capsules. Breakfast is a MUST! You won’t be disappointed. It’s just very good and so much. The sheep yogurt and blueberry yogurt were very good. Service was impressive, our waitress Anissa was very informative and served with a smile. I can’t wait for our Tuesday dinner - will make a review after.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and so comfortable- truly luxurious. The stylish room was lovely and the terrace with a hot tub was fantastic. The room was quiet despite being small. Plenty of parking.

Wonderful experience at the hotel and restaurant. The room was large and very well designed. The service was excellent. The breakfast is heavenly- even if you are not hungry get it! You are about a 10 minute walk to the medieval city and another 10 minutes to the Barbacane area and the Pont Vieux bridge for a panoramic view of the Old City.

Welcome and evening pastries were quite delicious and adds a personal touch to our experience. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and beautiful. Bed was very nice and airconditioning was perfect for the summer weather. The garden was very relaxing and the breakfast spread was delicious. Highly recommend to stay here especially when eating dinner at Le Table de Franck Putelat since you can go to your room and relax after having one of the best dinner experience of your life.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Friendly staff, hands on service and only 7 rooms so you are well looked after. Our room suite with jacuzzi was exceptional. We had dinner one night at Le Frank Putelat restaurant. Lovely food, some dishes were a bit suspect but overall very good. Not cheap as you would expect from this type of restaurant. A fantastic experience overall and the hotel is recommended. Just 15 minute walk in to the City. Good location.

From the moment we arrived we we treated with top class service. Every detail was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hospitality was wonderful. A welcome drink on arrival too. A little treat before bed left on the side table was a thoughtful gesture too.

Really lovely room; welcome drink and snack, balcony with chairs/table; quiet location but only a 10-15 minute walk into the walled city of Carcassone. Comfortable bed and shower / bathroom. Large room with sofa and TV that turned from living area to bed. Beautifully decorated.

Every year we celebrate the end of our summer in France with an overnight at Hotel Le Parc Franck Putelat and do the big menu in the restaurant. We always feel extremely pampered. The room is luxurious, and the little touches are always a delight. The breakfast is also a special treat.

Such a unique experience. The staff is utmost precessional, catering to our preferences. The rooms are open, contemporary and the patio is zen like and tranquil. The restaraunt is a once in a lifetime memory. Multi coursed and great blend of flavours, always new. The local ingredients are delectable, especially the cheeses. The restaurant staff were patient to accommodate and extremely informative of each dish, culminating with a meeting at the end of the meal with the chef! Prepare of a gastronomical feast of three plus hours!

Lovely room with courtyard terrace which was amazing to enjoy the delicious breakfast. 10 minutes walk into the mediaeval city so perfectly situated just out of the tourist centre. Great welcome from the staff, overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel because of the restaurant, only one day, so we didn’t have high expectations but it was a perfect experience! Marie was extremely gentle and helpful welcoming us. Our room was in the ground floor near the reception, which I usually don’t like, but I have nothing to complain about because it’s not a busy hotel. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The bed and shower were very comfortable. I believe it was the accessible room (#2). There was a small patio where we had breakfast the following morning, which was outstanding! You can order exactly what you want to eat and the time using their app. Check in is at 4pm and checkout 12pm. Our room didn’t have a jacuzzi, and when I checked their website, it was the same price as what we paid for 1 stay (around 300 euros). I wish I had the option for an upgrade when we checked in.

The staff were incredible friendly and they couldn’t be more helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The welcome snacks were a lovley touch. The deco was classy. The only thing was the restaurant was closed on the duration of our stay Monday and Tuesday, which was a shame because it would be great to have that experience. Maybe next time.

Great stay , super location , didn’t use the restaurant but the hotel was lovely,, staff were great and is a quiet location tucked away but still within walking distance of the old town , had a junior suite which was very convenient for the family
