Beautiful hotel, exceptional service, great food and selection of wines, everything has been thought of, the rooms are beautifully designed, quality bedding, the bathroom was amazing! We enjoyed using the pool in the very hot weather. Andre is a wonderful host, so accommodating and kind. We will be back!

As you drive into the hotel you may be a little bit worried about the location of the hotel. It is in a small commercial area close to the main roads. But don’t let this put you off - it is actually quite a convenient location. 3 mins drive to Carcassonne historic centre and close to the main roads. We didn’t notice any noise from the roads. Our check-in experience was, let’s say, entertaining as the (only) lady on reception had three parties to check-in and ensured each got the personal experience the hotel offers. 30 minutes later we were shown to our room which i have to say was lovely. Modern, spacious, fresh, with comfortable bed, nice linen and products. We really enjoyed the hotel and used it as a base for exploring Carcassonne the wider area and it always felt nice coming back ‘home’ after a day out. Breakfast was lovely. The pool area nice. Overall a great experience for us and we would choose Le Meez for our next stay in the area.

Our large group of 12 booked on very short notice and the staff here was incredibly accommodating. Le Meez went above and beyond for us. They deserve more than five stars! Although we didn't use them, the hotel offered a sauna, jacuzzi, and an exercise room. The hotel also has a restaurant inside of it, which serves both an amazing breakfast and dinner. Comfortable, clean, stylish, modern, and an amazing staff.

Repas au restaurant non concluant pour le rapport qualité/prix
La chambre reste un super souvenir gravé pour notre famille.
Le personnel est agréable, mention ++ pour la femme de chambre.

Le Meez is a well run, high quality boutique hotel. The staff are professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel is cool, sophisticated, has class. The restaurant and bar are particular good if you favour Al fresco, freshly-barbecued meat or seafood. It’s in easy access to the sights and city of Carcassonne, 5 -10 minutes by car.

A Must Stay!
I recently stumbled upon this hotel on our trip across France with my 3 children and we had such a wonderful stay that we will most definitely stay here again on future trips to France. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It has a quiet, calm atmosphere but is super family friendly. I have 3 boys so the pool and the foozball table were huge plusses! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was delightful. We found ourselves deciding to eat both evenings in the hotel restaurant because we had enjoyed it so much. The staff were all so truly accommodating and kind that they spoiled us for all future stays on the remainder of our France trip. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay for this mom of three!

Visited with my kids 4,12 as a little bit of luxury on the last night after 10 days on a campsite. We were not disappointed. First thing to mention is the staff, the impression is that they are really proud of their hotel and really want you to like it as much as they do. they were great with the kids. the rooms are huge and well laid out, maybe needs to improve on charging points (USB A&C) but that is a minor quibble. Free parking and you can walk into town/ to the old city easily. We were only in Carcassone for one night so had dinner out but the Menu in the restaurant looked amazing and Breakfast the following morning was good. I'll definitely try it when I'm back next!
