Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from
the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!

It was great stay except there are few cockroach in our bathroom, not too safe for small kids on the restaurant no safety reels , wish have big boat to go to this resort especially when there is huge waves and raining small boats shake too much and excellent staff

Me and my girlfriend have a nice stay here for 3 days and 2 nights.but i wish its not raining at the time we stayed in but all in all it was really a nice stay.there is only some issues on my room.the door on the bathroom need to be fixed coz its always hitting the floor and it was really annoying.really enjoy our stay.sure i will be going back again maybe nxt year.

Extremely disappointed a lot of rooms have black mold furniture is broken bathroom sink was leaking leaving puddles on the floor staff not fluent in English lots of garbage and plastic bottles in the lagoon plastic and garbage on the beach staff sitting around with there face in their cell phones food leaves a lot to be desirable manager does not seem to deal with the overall appearance of the grounds and condition of the cabanas not very strict on check out times leaving guests waiting for over an hour for the boat ride going back to the port it’s a real shame such a beautiful peaceful place to see it spiral down to a state of disrepair

We had a wonderful time. We had a hillside room that was large & beautifully appointed. (Large CR with hot water) The staff was great & quick to respond to needs. The reception area & restaurant were lovely open areas with a soft breeze. The food was delicious, served quickly, all orders at the same time & warm. We walked down (&up again) 221 steps to the cove beach where there is a lagoon surrounded by more rooms & an infinity pool with a closeup view of the bay. We had a great time snorkeling & saw many corals & fish. We also enjoyed the upper infinity pool with a beautiful territorial view over the ocean. There are other beaches & activities, but we were only there for 1 day.

Peaceful Elevations with stunning scenery of the Islands. I especially like the private beach. Our family did not plan on Island Hopping which we have been doing for years. It's a quiet nature filled retreat with an outdoors dining and coffee nook at an elevated vantage point to enjoy island scenery. Traveled twice before 2024.

Tugawe Cove Resort, Caramoan, Philippines, you've captured our hearts once again! This was my second visit, and my partner's fourth, and the service continues to leave us in awe. The island's tranquility is absolutely enchanting. We had the pleasure of meeting lovely people and sharing some incredible dance moments with the other guests. We're already craving for more friendly interactions like those on our next visit. Sending a huge thank you to Camille Alvarez and the entire Tugawe team for their warm hospitality. Camille, your offer of drinks was incredibly thoughtful and was so appreciated. Can't wait to see you all again soon! Oh and the jaw-dropping view of Mayon Volcano from the lighthouse is ❤️

From being patient with the delay of our arrival you never stopped asking us to update you of our location. Upon arrival we were welcomed with warm greetings and cold refreshments. you never failed to serve us with good food and exemplary service. The beauty of the island equates the beauty of service your resort provided us. Special thanks to Joker who made our transfers safe to and from the Guijalo port; Camille who provided all the request we asked; Lara who provided some stories of the island from the lighthouse; Juliet for the much needed massage after a long and tiring travel and Raymond for making us enjoy the island hopping, snorkeling and bonfire. It was heartwarming when you bid us goodbye from the shoreline. Thank you so much!!!

One of the best resorts that I've been so far. The scenery is so unrealistic, it seems that you're in a dream. Clean waters, beautiful islands, nice rooms, great food and one of the best staff so far who always dedicate himself serving us with all his might, the staff named CJ! He's an OJT and it didn't stop him from providing his best not just with customer service but also providing smiles to his guests. Best recommended resort in the south. Will be back again for sure!
