We stayed in the Orchid Suite at Belle Vue Kona for 2 nights and wished we were staying for longer. The accommodation was so spacious with a king size bed and single bed in the bedroom, a full bathroom, well equipped eat in kitchen, large living area and beautiful covered verandah area at the front. There was plenty of cereal, milk, bread, jams and fruit for breakfast. Viviane is a delightful host and gave us plenty of good tips on where to explore and eat. We’re so happy we chose to stay there.

This B&B has great ambiance and a unique character. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature and is close to the best snorkeling and diving locations on the Big Island. Way superior experience to the typical condo sort of accommodations. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The Belle Vue also has a beautiful cottage in Waimea on the northern end of the island.

We had a lovely time in this wonderful location surrounded by tropical plants and local wildlife. For cat lovers like us it was a pleasure to see so many different ones all around, snoozing in their baskets or wandering through the grounds. Vivianne is a charming and attentive host she called to make sure we arrived safely when our plane was delayed. We loved the apple bananas from their garden and the breakfast supplies provided. It was a huge pleasure staying at Vivian’s and Ali’s guesthouse in this tropical part of the big island and we hope to be back soon.

Amazing Views, cozy, spacious , soooo comfortable. Beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Very convenient to town and shopping, swimming, snorkel. Spacious rooms, with full bath, kitchenette and large lanai with unmatched views of Big Island coastline and horizon. Gardens so beautiful a lot of TLC is put into this Bed and breakfast. refrigerator stocked with fresh fruit and breakfast foods. I highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

We just got back after a month long stay at Belle Vue Kona. It was an excellent stay with an excellent view of the terrain below and the ocean. We stayed in one of the 3 units. The host was excellent and provided us with bananas and avocados from their property. When our kids came for a week, the host was generous in providing an excellent deal on their accommodations on top of our month long stay deal. Our host was very generous, attentive, friendly and accommodated to our needs.

This ace is a real knock out, with views of the ocean, looking out over here orchard, with feral cats, that she has neutered or spaded, they roam wild, she also feeds them. We stayed in the Orchid room, which is a rather large room with kitchen and a great shower living room, and a covered patio. We had the luck last year to stay in the Honeymoon suite, also has a covered lanai again with beautiful views. I would highly recommend this B&B, for cleanliness, comfortable beds, and great views, and of course Vivian.

I am Chemically Sensitive and canNOT stand pesticide or herbicide. Vivianne did not use any pesticide or herbicide. This was a safe place for me to stay. This was truly a blessing. Views from the room are "Million Dollar" views - Breath Taking.

The suites are spacious and comfortable with your own kitchinette and bathroom, great big terrace overlooking the bay and Captain Cook area, memorable sunsets, quiet, immerse in 4 acres of rich and beautiful tropical garden that help nurture and restore. The hosts were kind, available and happy to give all the information needed to make the most of my stay. Most recommended!

This is the DREAM B&B! Out of all the places I’ve stayed at, nothing comes close to the 4 acre garden that Viviane has. The view is phenomenal. The home is very clean and close to all the good parts of the Big Island. You need to call or email to book!
