Getting to the hotel was not easy but once you arrive the reception of the staff is great, room is very nice and the location is perfect walking distance to main square so easy. Capri is very busy getting around the island not easy is so so busy. Breakfast is nice views limited from room but not major issue.

. Absolutely blown away by the hospitality shown to myself and my husband. We were only staying there for the one night and I was not expecting to be treated so kindly by you and all your staff. We were emailed the day before with some tips and advice on how to get to the hotel which were so helpful.  And also asking if we had an eta so if the could arrange they would have the room ready for us. The hotel is a boutique hotel . Decorated so tastefully.  Absolutely spotless. Even the aroma was so inviting. Maria greeted us with some very refreshing lemonade. They also had got our room ready which was prior to the standard check in time And whoa .... what a room..  the decor ,the attention to detail. Every little thing. Perfection. And that was all without the spectacular view. Amazing. The location is so cental. The bus station is just across the street so perfect for exploring amd the funicularis only  60 metres away. The kindness and professional shown to us from start to finish will never be forgotten We were very spoiled with a  handwritten note welcoming us and congratulating us on the celebration of our 10 th wedding Anniversary That personal touch by Ludouice and the gifts and treats left for us we very much  enjoyed on that day and the memories will be treasured forever. Hôtel dont la décoration est magnifique et raffinée, très confortable et dont surtout l’accueil est très chaleureux et professionnel, merci à toute l’équipe de la réception. L’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au funiculaire et aux endroits d’intérêt. Certes il est en face du terminal du bus mais l’activité se calme en soirée et les double-vitrages sont très efficaces. Car en contrepartie il y a la vue mer incroyable de la chambre ainsi que de la terrasse du petit déjeuner.
