I made an online booking about6 months ago and there was a misunderstanding.I was gladly surprised that was resolved within 2hrs at that time and got R750 credit/refund.The visit was IN29/08/2024,OUT 02/092024.It was my third visit with family.All I can say the breakfast is still first class..The staff was very helpful with my daughter.Tgey were going out theur way to make feel valued as guest and the manager was not onlly overlooking but participating in making all gusts comfortable.The reception staff is extremely friendly,helpful,accommodating.They are exceptionally professional and enjoy assisting guests.Very clean,beautiful ambience.The weather was chilly so we could not swim.Overall I will go back again.
