O on Kloof Boutique Hotel & Spa

Rooms not the same as the pictures online, no bar fridge as advertised dirty Curtains and old damaged furniture

Me and wifey celebrated our honeymoon on 27 June 2024 as we were referred to this hotel on number 5 room top deck was amazing and Jacuzzi, friendly staff, Tammy the manager gave us a wonderful spoil we enjoyed it, however I didn't know seapoint was not safe, the area looks quiet but lots suspects walking up and down plus no secure parking nor security or camera monitors for your vehicle, as my Vehicle was broken into and they stole our wedding gifts and valuable items that cost over R5000 and the car has n an alarm system, reported to police station and lay complaint about it and they mentioned that the area I was at, at Kloof Street is n target area so I wouldn't suggest you go there unless your car safe there no cameras no one called me to ask if we okay, as I told the staff what, happened even police was shocked how there no cameras around especially the captain of the police, so sure not n happy ending our hearts still hurts what we lost we can't get back what we lost there goes honeymoon ending 💔😭

What a super stunning hotel!! Our room was exquisite and so was the service. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was an added bonus. Parking is a bit tricky as the surrounding roads are quite busy. We can't wait to book again, hopefully for more than 1 night next time.

O on Kloof is beautiful! Our room was very comfortable and the facility is lovely. The staff was exceptional! Very friendly, helpful and fun to visit with. The location is excellent for a quick walk to Mojo Market or a long promenade down the beach. It is an easy Uber ride to the waterfont. Our Cape Town stay was wonderful and we will stay at O on Kloof when we return.

A little late. This was booked through out travel agent as part of our Garden route-ish tour. We had three nights here in early October, it was easy to find with SatNav from Cape Town airport, parking was easy and help was on hand to help with our luggage. Check-in nice and easy, information about the hotel was given. We were on a ground floor, the room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable for us, and slept well. Breakfast was good. We were out all day, so cannot comment on any of their amenities. We came back to a couple of nights that had load shredding (power cuts), there were candles everywhere giving it a nice ambiance. We spent a bit of time chatting to the staff at the bar. We had a problem with a prearranged tour, and I believe the lady was called Murechelle (sp) helped us out tremendously. If they have the same staff, then we would definitely return. Regent Street (shops & restaurants) is walkable, bearing in mind that it's down hill, so on your return it's up hill.

O on Kloof - this is a very special place - the manager Vanda led by example and everything was first class, we were given some excellent recommendations from her. It’s in a very good location and Ubers are cheap and plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble.
