The location and views are 5-star but the food is average and the manager and chef have a very bad attitude. They brag about a 'can-do attitude', well we found stubborn arrogance. Housekeeping leaves much to be desired - the room was not cleaned properly for a week and the bottles of water were replaced 2 days out of 5. We won't be coming back for more.

We had such a beautiful stay at Atlantic Palms — the location is unbeatable with breathtaking views of the ocean and Table Mountain right from the deck. The property is modern, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The team was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It felt like a true escape — peaceful, private, and incredibly scenic. Whether you're in Cape Town for work, a family break, or a romantic getaway, this place ticks all the boxes.

Unfortunately the experience was not memorable due to the staff house being next door and the staff and management, who were not present at all, fail to manage their staff and allowed parties until after 3am with loud shouting screaming yelling in an aggressive manner with doors slamming, and so forth. The bed was very hard, I still have back ache. The dining experience was poor wine selection extremely poor given Cape Town is the wine Capital of South Africa, no thought has gone into it whatsoever, so I would not recommend dinner there. Its a nice location if there is no South Easterly wind, but Cape Town has a SE wind about 90% of the time, so you are lucky to get the place when there is no SE and it is also accelerated in this area.

We stayed only one night but we loved it. All the staff was great, very attentive. Direct access to the beach so great to watch sunset or have a nice walk. Pool area very relaxing

We had I Wonderful stay!!! The view is incredible and there is private Access to the Beach. You can watch the sunset from the rooms. Service was excellent and we felt comfortable and Safe. I would definitely recommend it to stay there although its Not Directly in the city. You can really Rest here and just Take an Uber to town. Thanks for having us!

The property is very well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Our view was absolutelly breathtaking and one of a kind. There were some items of furniture in the room which needed to get fixed. Couldn‘t try the restaurant because there was no chef in the evening. A great place to have a relaxed time!
