Our go to in Cape Town . From the greeting at the door from Oswell to check in with Abigail , just feels like coming home. The hotel is in a fantastic location just a short walk to the water front. The staff make you feel so welcome , the rooms are spotless clean and outstanding in every way . This was our second visit and was as good as first , so much so we have booked for next year already. Thankyou to the Queen Victoria and the team .

Absolutely outstanding 60th birthday and 13th wedding anniversary location hosted by the staff of the Queen Victoria Hotel. For 2 years, my wife and I had planned our special celebrations and we could not have chosen a better location! All of the staff were warm, receptive, hospitable, and downright nice! The room furnishings were excellent, and tasteful. The room was spacious, quiet, quaint and overall romantic. The front desk employees, Tariq, Tobisa, Mohammad, Llewyn, were very professional. Lawrence and the other kitchen staff were a delightful treat. The spa area, where we had a most relaxing couples massage by Abigal, Destiny, Toolah was like an oasis in the desert. Everyone helped to make my 60th birthday a truly momentous occasion. I highly recommend Queen Victoria Hotel for your next Capetown journey. I will say, the bathroom does need to have safety grab bars and a shower chair to protect the guests from falling.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and found the location to be extremely convenient. The waterfront is very safe and there are a lot of options (including the hotel restaurant, which we ate at on the first night) for dining and drinks. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The gym and pool are just over the road and were mostly empty. Facilities in and around the hotel were also very good. The concierge (?Lucy) was so helpful with helping us to source a cake for my partner who was celebrating his 40th birthday whilst we were away. Although it's more expensive than some of the other options nearby, we really enjoyed our stay here and thought it was worth it.

Beautiful Hotel just across the street from the V&A waterfront. Large, clean and comfortable room, excellent service, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is also very good offering a wide selection. Staff is very helpful. This was perfect end of our vacation.

A great location for te V&A Waterfront as its right on its doorstep and only a short taxi ride to the other areas of Cape Town you may wish to visit. The service was excellent without being over attentive, which we liked, and the view from the terrace across Table Mountain is spectacular way to start the day. The bar has a warm atmosphere.

Absolutely wonderful. In the top two hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Location is superb, the hotel itself is pristine and faultless and best of all, the staff were very friendly, efficient and extremely welcoming. I only hope we have a chance to return!

As soon as we walked through the front door, we felt at home. The rooms and facilities were stylish, clean and spacious. The food (breakfast) was excellent with a wonderful variety. The staff were professional and delightful. The location was ideal and we didn't need a car to get around. This was the start of our holiday and what a wonderful way to start!

I needed a last-minute stay due to a flight delay and Elzanne Chambers and the management team was able to make arrangements very quickly. I was very appreciative. The hotel was amazing. The staff was beyond reproach. From my turndown to my luggage everyone was so amazing. I always tell everyone who will listen that Africa is an amazing place. Everyone is welcomed and it shows through the people there. The decor here was very nice. I had a slight view of the harbor. I am looking to book a group here for NYE2025. I was within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. One place of improvement would be in-room dining. That was not up to par.

We had a really memorable few nights in the hotel , our room was beautiful with a view of Table mountain, The staff are attentive,and every one was happy to help. The hotel is really clean and luxurious, The position is ideal, just across the road from the V&A waterfront, hop on hop off bus stop etc. Dinner in the Terrarium restaurant was outstanding.
