Another delightful stay at Merryl and Steve's lively luxurious apartment.. everything you need is there. Excellent quality fittings and furnishings and definitely felt like coming home.. Walk downhill into town for great bars and restaurants but also enough amenities in the apartment to cook in.. Totally recommend.

Merryl was a superb host and made us feel very welcome. We were surprised and thrilled to have been given an upgrade to the suite which was amazing. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything you need including milk, jam and bread on arrival. Merryl also placed a bottle of fizz in our room on arrival as we were celebrating our birthdays. The views from the balcony were wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here.

The communication from Merryl was excellent without being intrusive, she checked in to make sure we were ok. It was lovely to be independent in a self catering apartment but had the benefit of it being cleaned. The apartment was very convenient for the restaurants and shops in Camps Bay, just a short walk away. We felt very safe as Camps Bay has its own security personnel.

We had a wonderful stay at 51 Camps Bay – the perfect spot for anyone visiting Cape Town. The apartment is situated in a safe and secure neighborhood, with private security patrolling the area, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. It's just a 5-minute walk from an incredible beach lined with charming shops, lively bars, and great restaurants. The views from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. On our last evening, we were even lucky enough to spot whales, which made the experience unforgettable. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering great tips on the best restaurants and must-visit attractions in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Camps Bay and Cape Town!

Just wow! Perfect locatuon for a trip to cape town. A short, very short, walk to Camps Bay, and on a small hill so the evening views of the bay and sea are breathtaking. Meryl was a super host and helped make the most of our stay with lots of useful tips. She also recommended countless restaurants, places to visit, and tour guides to help. A big bonus is the apartment was cleaned and beds made every day! Will 100 percent return to such a gorgeous apartment. 6 stars!

51 on Camps Bay is a superb place to stay. The two rooms are spotless and beautifully presented, Merryl has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. In addition, there was bread, milk, butter, jam, tea, coffee and sugar provided and also some toiletries and dishwashing supplies, really considerate touches. It is located close to everything in Camps Bay, just a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and the lovely beach. Our room was at the front of the property with an incredible sea view, we watched whales and amazing sunsets from our balcony. The shower was brilliant - great pressure and lovely hot water. Finally, host Merryl is so friendly and helpful - from first booking to helping us plan our trip through to check in and during our stay she was happy to assist numerous times, outstanding service. I cannot speak too highly of this guest house, the hosts and their wonderful dogs. Highly recommended, thank you!

What a fantastic place to stay. Merryl was so informative and kept communication throughout our stay regarding anything which we might need to know.
Camps Bay is such a beautiful and safe place to stay where you can walk at night and feel safe.
The restaurant food and staff were all outstanding you couldn’t wish to stay in a nicer place.
We would highly recommend staying here

Great place to stay and awesome host
Great location 5 minute walk from Camps Bay Beach and all the bars and restaurants. Super spacious and comfortable. And Merryl is one of the most welcoming and gracious hosts I have met. Would definitely stay again next time in Cape Town.
