The unit is approximately 750 sq. ft. Fully fenced in backyard with side door access. Private driveway with covered carport parking, and paver parking next to driveway for guests with more than one car. Quiet walkable streets to beach. We are pet friendly, the pet fee is contingent upon length of stay, number of dogs, breed and age. We do the custom fee so we can adequately accommodate guests.
