We are very disapointed of this hotel. It is a pity that the hotel's stars were not withdrawn when the hotel does not meet the conditions. The hotel is definitely not worth 4 stars, at most 2.5, and also not worth the amount we paid. I am on vacation on this island for the second time, it was the 5th hotel I stayed in on this island, but it is the second worst of them, it is a pity that the money for such service is much better, you can find a much better hotel for an even lower price. When we arived at the hotel we received the key to our room. went to the room and saw that someone was living in it. the receptionist allowed us to choose from 2 rooms, which were worse than the one they had planned for us. the room was ancient, it looks completely different from the pictures on the internet. The bed was a double, but it was not fastened to the wall, it kept being pushed back. Also, the air conditioner in the room has not been working since arriving at the hotel - we contacted the administrator, they said they will check it. a day later, the air conditioner still didn't work, when I asked if they checked, they said that everything was working, although at night, due to the heat in the room, they didn't even need a blanket, because the air conditioner still didn't work. we only had natural air conditioning - an open window. Since we had to sleep with the window open, we could hear noise from the street at night, we heard buses with a large number of new residents arriving at the hotel several times a night. Also, the bathroom in the room had a hole in the ceiling with water dripping through it. we informed the hotel staff about this, but they didn't do anything about it, they didn't even give us an extra towel to clean the floor, we only got the answer "sorry" and a shrug of the shoulders about the mentioned problems with the air conditioner and the holes in the ceiling. rooms are cleaned every day. as for the food, the food was tasty, but lacked the variety of fresh vegetables. Fresh cucumber is kept in a guest house for one week, having food 3 times a day, we see it only 2 times. breakfast is at 8-10 a.m., when I came for breakfast at 9 a.m., there were only a few packets of mandarin left from 2 bowls of butter and margarine. one morning there were no fresh vegetables at all - no cucumber or tomato, only a bowl with green arugula leaves. A wonderful place to relax. My wife and I were on our honeymoon. Food very tasty. Large selection of drinks. Very nice animator and evening entertainment. Close to the sea. Quiet and not crowded beach. We will remember you fondly. We recommend it to everyone.

We have just returned from this beautiful place. It was the best vacation in my life! We liked everything very much. The staff is friendly, the food in the restaurant is very tasty, in the evening there is always seafood, fish and meat. Fruits and pastries are excellent. The main thing is the place in which the hotel is located. For me, it has become my personal paradise. Beautiful nature around, silence, 2 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the store. Also, I want to note the animator Christina. She is a wonderful person. She is very responsive, charges the guests with her energy. She organized an excursion to the caves for us, had fun and danced with the children in the evening, our son was looking forward to the evening animation. There was also live music. There are wonderful cafes on the shore where you can relax with wonderful view of the azure sea. Those who are looking for unity with nature, enjoying silence and comfort, you are here! because the road is exhausting. But these are trifles. We will definitely return to this beautiful place!

Hemos estado la semana pasada con la familia (6 personas) Lp primero el hotel está apartado de todo Le sobran un par de estrellas Esta pensado para alemanes Comida acaba a las 14h (en pleno agosto) además aparte de lqs 13'30 y de las 21h ya no repomian Nunca estuve en un hotel con un zumo tan malo.era agua con azúcar Lo tuvimos que comprar en un supermercado y bajarlo a la hora del desayuno Poca variedad de comidas No te permiten llenar una botella de agua en los surtidores.debe ser vaso a vaso La cena a las 21'30h En recepción solo una persona hablaba español .Los demás alemán al igual que los camareros Especial mención a Ramón que decia ser el chef personaje impertinente.maleducado y poco profesional El socorrista muy amable hacia de camarero y recoge vasos todo el tiempo

Hotel de 4 estrellas, aunque realmente es un 2 estrellas. Hotel que necesita una reforma, ya que se ha quedado anticuado. Habitación pequeña con baño pequeño y súper antiguo donde la ducha no funcionaba bien. Servicio de todo incluido deja mucho que desear, sobre todo el servicio de buffet, donde la comida es escasa, sin sabor y con muy poca calidad.Los camareros van a lo suyo y si les pides algo, como por ejemplo, un sobre de azúcar, te ponen mala cara. Las bebidas del todo incluido pues regular, y las meriendas y demás cosas fuera del buffet simplemente lamentable, por ejemplo, a media tarde te puedes tomar unos calamares fritos congelados con un café. En lo positivo hay que decir que el hotel es tranquilo y el servicio de limpieza es bueno, buena ubicación y una piscina buena.
