This has to be, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The uninterrupted views of the beautiful bay, the dedicated kindness of the staff, the outstanding food, the waiter table service and well appointed rooms make this hotel perfect. Situated in a tiny village… with amazing bus services… it is paradise! Be warned this is not the right place for you if you want a lot of entertainment and English pubs.

Everything was ok, clean, and the staff was very attentive to us. Almost all the rooms have a view of the sea, which is very cool .Este o zona foarte linistita .It is a very quiet area. You can rent cars from Autos Canyamel 300 meters from the hotel. The only thing I would have liked in addition was more fruit both at the table and on the beach.

Clean comfortable great position good value for money right on the beach great breakfasts staff helpful & very smart. Great choice of food at breakfast. Rooms very comfortable balcony lovely. Comfortable bed & choice of bars. Welcoming staff.

Booked this hotel for a last minute getaway and we were really pleased - the hotel is lovely and clean, staff are excellent, and a good choice of food. The location is also great - beautiful beach, nature reserve next door and restaurants in the village if you want a change on food. Fantastic sea view from the room. The clientele is older which makes for a peaceful stay. We did all inclusive which was great value although we were only there for a few days so you might want more variety if there for longer. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Beautiful sea view room. Excellent house keeping service and friendly, helpful staff. Great food, although more vegetarian main options would give a 5 star review. Water dispenser on each floor is amazing and a great added extra. This is a beautiful hotel, which is quiet and located in a quiet area, there is a charming nature reserve which you wouldn't find in many places and a bus stops close to the hotel, so you can visit other lovely resorts within 30 minutes or so, like Cala Bona, Cala Milllor and Cala Ratjada. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Canyamel is pretty and calm. The hotel is nice and clean. Beatiful view on the see and beach. The room with see view is ward his price.The staff is friendly and helpfull.The food is not good and the service in restaurant is weak. The service in bar is beter and girls work hard.

The hotel (the rooms, the food, the drinks, all of it) and the beach, which is right in front of the hotel, were amazing. Even when there were waves, it was awesome, as they were fun waves. We even missed them when they were gone for too long :) The weather we had in the middle of September was awesome, and the water was of perfect temperature. We also just loved the hotel staff (the cooks, waiters, receptionists, room attendants, everybody). We miss them already. I highly recommend this establishment.

Friendly and super clean hotel. Food is excellent and a good choice for everyone. Predominately German guests and the resort is very quiet but was perfect for what we wanted. Rooms are nice , could do with tea and coffee facilities but apart from that this hotel is lovely and sat right on the beach. Ensure you prebook a sunbed as you have to book and pay and are unable to move the sunbed as you are allocated one. We were lucky as got the last two when we arrived but we were not notified prior to arriving at the hotel.

Very friendly staff on all stations (reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping). Excellent swimming pool and "good tasting" drinks in the all inclusive package. Buffets dishes are not so many in variety but they were all very tasteful and of good quality. Clean well equipped room. Location: direct access to the beach with good snorkeling opportunity in light blue water. Canyamel: is a very small somewhat dislocated village with about 8 or 10 shops. For us it was a very pleasant peaceful place. Why not 5 stars: in May there were enough sunbeds but you can rent sunbeds at the pool. Maybe in high season that is necassary but I am not a fan of that system. They are no parking spaces so it takes about 5 minutes to park your car somewhere. But overall we would definitely go back.
