The flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel at midnight. There was a Cantonese-speaking girl on duty and check-in was smooth. The room facilities were average. The breakfast was quite rich. It was a good stopover to Banff.

The environment is very good, and the hotel is very quiet, because I didn't pay attention to the window when I arrived at night, I got up in the morning and found that there is a very beautiful snow mountain. blackstone is a very comfortable hotel. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and two warm Jacuzzis perfect for winter use. I especially like to take a bath in the outdoor massage pool because the surrounding mountain scenery is very beautiful, especially when it snows outside, it is a great pleasure to watch the snow scene in the massage pool. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. If you want to have a relaxing and pleasant vacation in the cold winter, I highly recommend blackstone mountain lodge, it will give you extraordinary enjoyment. The facilities and services here are very comfortable.

The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. I really like this hotel, I have my own free parking lot, the location is very good, and it is very close to banff. The first floor lobby has free coffee hot water and fruit. Sitting on the sofa and watching the scenery is so cool. The room has a small balcony that is perfect for watching the scenery. The room is very clean, very recommended

cheap first. I can't afford to live in Banff, the cheapest hotel in canmore. The whole process of self-service check-in, a bunch of passwords are given: the secret to enter the garage, the one to enter the building, the one to enter the room, and the Wi-Fi.

BBINVery good, slightly far from Banff, but the price is much cheaper. The kitchen and washing machine are all there, the staff is very friendly and teaches you how to use the washing machine.

EEric N.Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!

GGuest UserWe stayed here 2nights while waiting for the winter tires to get installed.. that is saying that we did not have a car for two days but the location of this lodge was great so that we were comfortably able to stay :) Everything was walking distance and lots of great food options around us! The TV was huge and we enjoy google Chromecast (brought ours) all day long! The hot tub was right beside our room so We just quickly run into the tub but there is no changing room so it would be inconvenient to someone if their room is far from the tub.
Only complain I would have is that there was no microwave for the room of selection we had.

GGuest UserThe hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are relatively old and not big. When I checked in, I saw the commemorative picture of the hotel's 50th anniversary. No wonder it is old.
The most difficult thing to use is the shower facilities in the bathroom. The shower room is very small, the door is not closed tightly, and the whole bathroom is wet after taking a shower.
Although there is a railway outside the window, fortunately there are very few trains passing by at night. The scenery outside the window is not bad.
