I was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay. Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay.

I really like this hotel, I have my own free parking lot, the location is very good, and it is very close to banff. The first floor lobby has free coffee hot water and fruit. Sitting on the sofa and watching the scenery is so cool. The room has a small balcony that is perfect for watching the scenery. The room is very clean, very recommended

The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms are relatively old and not big. When I checked in, I saw the commemorative picture of the hotel's 50th anniversary. No wonder it is old. The most difficult thing to use is the shower facilities in the bathroom. The shower room is very small, the door is not closed tightly, and the whole bathroom is wet after taking a shower. Although there is a railway outside the window, fortunately there are very few trains passing by at night. The scenery outside the window is not bad.

We stayed here 2nights while waiting for the winter tires to get installed.. that is saying that we did not have a car for two days but the location of this lodge was great so that we were comfortably able to stay :) Everything was walking distance and lots of great food options around us! The TV was huge and we enjoy google Chromecast (brought ours) all day long! The hot tub was right beside our room so We just quickly run into the tub but there is no changing room so it would be inconvenient to someone if their room is far from the tub. Only complain I would have is that there was no microwave for the room of selection we had.

There is a parking lot, with children, there is no child entertainment facilities, no need for an extra bed with a sofa, two bedrooms, enough! Did not set the breakfast, I feel that I have cooked the kitchen and I have not seen the restaurant!

Some rooms are not soundproof, and the room is separated from the others by a door? ? ? The voice of the next door is very clear. I felt unsatisfied when I checked in for the first time. I will not choose this hotel next time; there is parking lot.
