It had been a while since I left. The hotel staff took the initiative to call to inform me. Thank you very much! Avoided losses. If I stay in Cangzhou in the future, I will choose this hotel again. The location is very good, in the city center, and you can reach the tourist attractions in just a few steps. The city of Cangzhou is not that prosperous, but it has history and culture that you can bring your children to learn about.

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

The hotel is in the same area as the Grand Canal Exhibition Hall, Dahua Ruins and other venues, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are very good, and the breakfast is very good. However, if multiple machines are used at the same time in the laundry room, the circuit breaker will trip, which is the first time I have encountered this.

This time I chose Hampton by Hilton. The accommodation experience was very good. The front desk service was very good and enthusiastic. The baggage service and room service was very good. The front desk can smile more; it seemed an effort to give me a second room key. Also the question of “will you keep your room key or give it to us if you go out?” This is just weird. Recommend the hotpot chicken 200m away, very good.
