Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

The room facilities are old, and there is a musty smell when you go in, not worth the price. The bathroom smelled very heavy, and there was no curtain in the shower place. The toilet floor was full of water and wet air conditioning. The sound was also very loud. I couldn't adjust the temperature by myself. The hotel was fixed. Sleeping at night is a bit hot. Very poor living, good service attitude, the carpet is already visible to the naked eye! There are water (urine) stains left by the previous person on the toilet.
