I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall condition of the property is very poor and does not justify the amount charged (Rs. 2800 with breakfast). Below are the issues I faced during my stay: 1. Room Condition: The room had a very strong and unpleasant smell. There was no water provided, and the geyser was not working, so there was no hot water in the bathroom. 2. Bathroom: The bathroom was in a terrible condition – dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. Towels provided were used, and it took over an hour and multiple follow-ups to get a replacement. 3. Staff Behavior: The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. They were aggressive rather than helpful, and did not respond to requests promptly. 4. Swimming Pool: The pool was in a poor and unclean state, not fit for use. 5. Water & Food: When I asked for drinking water, they provided bottled water from outside and charged me for it. The restaurant was smelly and unclean. I ordered tea, and it tasted like plain hot water – absolutely terrible. 6. TV & Entertainment: The TV was not functional as the Tata Sky account was blocked. It served no purpose during the stay. 7. General Cleanliness & Facilities: The reception area was messy, and stray dogs were roaming around, creating an uncomfortable environment. Honestly, this hotel felt more like an hourly guest house rather than a place for a comfortable stay. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. It is not being maintained properly – neither the rooms nor the staff services. Basic things like fresh towels, clean bathrooms, working appliances, and proper hospitality are missing. This experience has been a complete waste of money, especially since it was non-refundable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the condition of the property for future guests.
