I recently stayed at Novotel Resort and Spa Candolim Goa and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hospitality provided by Mandavi, the front office executive, was truly impressive. She took excellent care of us and accommodated all our requests with great efficiency and warmth. Employees like her truly make a property stand out. While everything was up to the mark, the swimming pool could use some improvement. Nevertheless, my overall stay was highly satisfactory, and I am grateful for the exceptional service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay and very good hospitality of the staff. Stayed with family, 2 kids and we enjoyed a lot! Especially the spa and salon services are very relaxing and hyginic. We as a family experienced great services, from a very well trained hair stylist, body message and facial Especially the nurishing facial by colleague Ita was wonderful!!!

The hospitality at this hotel is superb, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Despite our delayed arrival, Susan graciously accommodated our lunch request, showcasing her dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel staff were consistently polite and attentive, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The resort's location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a serene environment. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, enhancing our overall comfort. I highly recommend Novotel Goa Resort for its outstanding service and commend the team for their exceptional efforts.

Fantastic Property with lovely spacious rooms. Room service is simply amazing. Lovely pool and the SPA zone is simply unbelievable... Food is also very good but they have to increase the spread in Lunch and Dinner. Thank you mandavi

Novotel Goa Resort and Spa exceeded all my expectations and it was truly delightful. The staff's warmth and great hospitality stood out. The location is convenient , closed to beautiful beaches. kids' friendly environment, including a dedicated kids' room made it perfect for families. The room was immaculately clean and equipped with all the amenities i could need. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The pool was a highlight and the Turkish Hummam was a luxurious, refreshing and fantastic treat. I would love to go again for it . Special thanks to the General Manager, my brother Mr. Sachin Maheshwary for ensuring that every detail was perfect. Highly recommend for a delightful and relaxing gateway.
