Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! From check-in to check-out, the staff made every effort to ensure we felt welcome and well-cared for. The reception team was attentive and professional, housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the poolside service was outstanding. Every aspect of our visit was thoughtfully managed, creating a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Excellent, in every way! Service We had booked through a third party site, but closer to our stay the Astor team were in touch to confirm our booking, and arrival details. From check in, to queries and requests during our stay, the service from all staff was friendly, attentive and top level. Property The rooms/suites are spacious and nicely decorated. The beds (and sofa bed) were comfortable so everyone can get a good rest. Even the common areas are nicely done. Food The breakfast buffet was really good quality, with a wide variety of choices and they were happy to accommodate for dietary requirements. We rarely go back to the same place but are already planning to return! A big thanks to DG, Shailender and the entire team!

It was really beautiful experience and a different experience this time in Goa and that’s because the staff and ambience. Very nice staff as well as cooperative as well especially Divya at reception and Mr.Arun at the floor. I would strongly recommend the Property

From the moment we arrived at The Astor we knew it was going to be special. The staff provided such a warm welcome from the get go, and the whole checking in section was so smooth. The bedroom, was absolutely lovely and very large (we got the standard suite/balcony with pool view). You get a complimentary mini bar which was such a nice touch. The room is refreshed in the morning and in the evenings. The staff in the morning for breakfast were so lovely, we even got a cake on our checkout day! The food at Deck88 is honestly so delicious. The best food we had in the whole of Goa! The pool and gym is great too. We did the floating sound bath on the Friday which is complimentary which was the most relaxing experience. Special mention to DG who helped us so much during our stay with various shuttles to the beach etc. the staff really make this place and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. Thank you DG and all the team- and thank you for the free tote bag & dreamcatcher! We will definitely be staying again. The only thing I’ll say for fellow sunbathers, the middle section where the pool and sun loungers are only gets sun from about 10:30-2. (In November). Not a problem as the beach is so near.

I stay one night but now we regreat why next day hotel is sold out bcoz hotel room is suberb and staff is so helpfull and good nature ..breakfast also so good .pool area is so beutifull .we feel good and safe also ..kids also enjoyed very much in pool area .thanx all staff and hotel astor

We visited Goa in July and hence this review is long overdue. The rooms were perfect for a family of 4 and were very clean and the service was A+. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Arun Sir who coached the kids in the pool during our stay made it all the more memorable.
