The Space>>>>>> Situated on a corner lot, this little cottage is beautifully-appointed with rustic charm, tons of natural light and live plants throughout. Each bedroom is equipped with smart tv’s (using your credentials) and you’ll enjoy the high-speed internet for your devices. We love to cook so the fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal. No need to buy spices as our cabinet is stocked with everything you’ll need including oils and balsamic vinegar. We love gardening so feel free to snip some basil leaves, oregano, chives, a few tomatoes to enhance your at-home experience. Come October, you can pick as many figs are you can reach as they are plentiful every year. A vase is available and you can snip some of our beautiful roses for additional warmth when in bloom. We love dogs so feel free to fill their bellies with bacon-treats we’ve provided. Water and food bowls are available also. We allow up to 2 and there’s no weight restriction, however, they must be leashed if not in the backyard. Pertinent information regarding our dog policy can be found in the HOUSE RULES section as there is a small cleaning fee. We love birds, so grab those binoculars (by the dog treats), check out the feeders for cardinals, blue jays, robins, hummingbirds and more:-) We don’t spy on our guests so don’t be alarmed with the security cameras on all 4 sides of the house - they are for security purposes only. The Herban Cottage is a joyful, serene space and we look forward to you making yourselves at home while here in Atlanta. The Area>>>>>>> East Lake Terrace is a truly awesome location that’s easy to get to when navigating the city. Just 5 miles southeast of downtown Atlanta and an 18-20-minute drive from the airport, East Lake Terrace is close to many of the city's most-acclaimed restaurants and popular neighborhoods like Kirkwood, Grant Park, Reynoldstown, Virginia Highlands and Decatur Square. PGA fans, this is your spot as the East Lake Golf Course is just steps away. There’s a beautiful Publix nearby and just a few miles north is Atlanta’s famed DeKalb Farmers Market (a must for foodies). The bungalow is a 5-minute walk to our neighborhood Buena Vista Lake where you can stroll through the community garden and walk the trail. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll see many people out strolling with the kids and their dogs. Our neighbors are very nice and you’ll have a SuperHost available to assist in any way.
