It was in a great location, close to the bus terminal, with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores open until late. Also, the shower had plenty of water and hot water. It was great to have a work space and a pool.

Take the airport bus and get off at the ADO bus station. It takes only 2 minutes to walk. It is very convenient. It is very safe in the lively area of the old city. There is a supermarket nearby, and there is a Chinese restaurant. The room is not too big, it is clean.

The room is very good and the location is excellent. Very close to the bus station. Not far from the R1 and R2 bus stations. Very good value for money. Recommended. Breakfast is slightly worse and acceptable.

We loved this hotel, really close to downtown Cancun & can get a free shuttle to the beach zone if you want a day or two there. The staff were so friendly, really felt like they had your back. Once you've got your bearings it's so easy to walk to key places of interest. Was clean, breakfast was great with different options every day & our room was a good size and really comfortable 👌

I booked a hotel for a friend. Overall it was okay. The main reason was that it was close to the city center and easy to get in and out. The hotel must have been a few years old but the location was good.

Its a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank. Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods. Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family. Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.

The location is in downtown and close to restaurants and money exchanges. Hotel is well serviced, although I feel the breakfast could have been better. The room sink had an issue when we arrived, it took me a follow up to get a person who took the bathroom towel to remove it and left both the wet towel and sink block on the bathroom platform … perhaps few things they can improve on. The hotel also has gym and a facility to wash clothes

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

The address is near the shopping mall, which is very convenient. Tour groups pick up and drop off guests here on a day trip. The front desk can speak English, but the waiters in the restaurant on the fourth floor can only speak a little, and in most cases they can only make gestures, but all the staff have a good service attitude

Great location adjacent to a brand new shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Parts of this new neighborhood is still being built so it does affect a bit the view. However, this didn’t bother us too much and we were not bothered by noises as the the constructions were further. Spacious and very clean rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. You can even rent bikes from the hotel which is quite convenient. It was the third time we were staying in this hotel and we will definitely return.
