Ulasan Crowne Plaza Canberra, an IHG Hotel

We had a great days in CROWNE PLAZA in Canberra. The room was clean and tidy.The staff was friendly. Especially at breakfast in the morning,One of the staff, ARYAMAN,happy a kind and friendly staff,Especially his happy smile,Made us for a lot of happy mornings. Lots of THANKS, from Warren Tozer and his families.

Only the swimming pool is dirty, lot of files and insects floating. Everything else is great, including service and breakfast.

Good location, quiet and inexpensive. Check in easy and room was large with a good garden view

All good , we have an incident with the cleaning and it was solved.

The location is within 10 minutes walk to City centre and very convenient.

facility is a bit old. Parking is tough. Good location to shopping centres.

Book this hotel for overnight stay with friends and family , Paula at reception very helpful as I book 8 rooms under my name and she help to arrange for check in for everyone with lightning speed. The rooms are clean and tidy. Hotel location are very good close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely will stay again next time

The aircon was not working at the first night. Reported after we arrived the hotel room at 9:40pm and I was told it will be fixed 2nd day, and can offer a fan for the night. The fan didn’t get delivered until mid night when we have gone to bed. Called again on 2nd day noontime to check if it has been fixed, I was told they will sent the engineer soon, 4pm arrived hotel room, aircon has not fixed, called again, they said will send the engineer again. Finally the aircon got fixed after we got back from dinner. It was not present when you need to keep chasing a maintenance job that this should be part of the checklist before they check any guest in.

Nice and comfortable

酒店的房間設計是圍牆式，有點像福建土樓，每間都有窗。酒店地點好，早餐好，所以入住的客人也比較多，適逢復活節假期，也是客多的原因。説起來是15點後入住，結果上午11點到達就入住了，通常要看房間是否準備好，不是十分嚴格。堪培拉去機場的BUS是R3，車站離酒店不遠。
