Stafnya ramah dan membantu. Namun, kamarnya sangat sempit dan bantalnya terlalu tebal sehingga saya merasa leher saya patah. Pilihan sarapan prasmanan terbatas.

Hotel yang sangat bagus untuk menginap, cukup bersih, rapi dan baru. Layanan sangat baik, sebagian besar staf dapat berbahasa Inggris dan membantu.

Saya tidak tahu apa pun tentang Wink Hotel, tetapi saya menemukannya di Trip.com dengan ulasan yang bagus. Hotel ini sangat baru dengan dekorasi yang segar dan semarak. Kami memesan 3 malam dan menyukainya. Tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman, pilihan sarapan yang layak, kolam renang yang sejuk dengan pemandangan ke bến Ninh Kiều dan Jembatan Cần Thơ serta sungai. Kamarnya tidak besar, tetapi penataannya membuatnya nyaman untuk 2 orang. Lokasinya tepat di sebelah pasar malam dan dekat dengan jalan Đề Thám dengan banyak restoran.

Absolutely the best value hotel in the area. They allow us an early check in which is great as we had just alighted from a 13 hour bus ride. There is a nice swimming pool on the rooftop which provides paranomic view of the mekong river Delta. The gym is new and well maintained. The hotel is right in the center of night market and a stone throw away from the harbour where we went for the mekong river morning cruise. Will definitely come back again.

Very new hotel and near the market and river. On the roof top they have the bar and small swimming pool but the bar is quite expensive.

We had an unforgettable experience at Wink Hotel Can Tho. The staff was extremely efficient and charismatic. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop had a beautiful view of the city and the Mekong Delta. We were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, especially Kieu and Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Vy, who promptly attended to all our requests and requests! We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude! We will definitely be back ❤️ and I recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent experience!!!

Incredibly modern hotel with excellent and attentive staff. The facilities are excellent with a solid breakfast variety. Located close to ninh kieu pier making access to boats to Cai Rang very easy. Would certainly be my stay of choice if I ever returned to the area. Great view from river view room and the rooftop area.

A hotel in excellent location with well maintained and clean rooftop pool. Good breakfast and extremely helpful staff.Rooms are not big but functional.

Unreasonable set-meal policy – confirmed by the hotel I am writing this review after directly discussing the issue with the front desk and hotel management, who have clearly confirmed that this is an official hotel policy, not a misunderstanding by staff. I ordered a lunch set priced at 150,000 VND for one person and simply asked whether two people could share one set. The restaurant stated that a set for one person must be consumed by exactly one person, regardless of whether the food is finished, or if the second person is a child. In my view, this is an unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policy. Once I have paid for a set meal and am not requesting any additional portions or services, how the food is consumed should be the customer’s decision, not something to be regulated. While I acknowledge that the hotel has received my feedback and mentioned escalating it to the group level, this policy is currently in effect and directly impacts the dining experience. I am leaving this review so other customers are aware in advance and can make an informed decision before dining here.

The place is good to stay, but the breakfast is lack of proteins. i wish there is more choice of meats. I walked around the breakfast place, only noodle soup has meats on in; even though, the hot dishes has no meats too. I was so disappointed on it. Overall, my visit was great
