Helios Mallorca Hotel & Apartments

Отель недавно отреставрирован, хороший завтрак, из неудобств могу отметить высокую слышимость, утром проснулись от звонка будильника в соседнем номере. персонал доброжелателен. близко от аэропорта, цена такси 15-18 евро.

A very nice hotel, perfect location and warm welcoming from the whole staff… Reception: Leticia at the reception gave me a very warm welcome when I checked-in late. She told me that it won‘t be my last time there: she was right! As I came late, they even prepared me dinner in the room with nice food, what I appreciated a lot and did not expect at all… Perfect for charging batteries for cycling the next day. Beakfast/dinner: the team was very friendly with me all the time, what I appreciated as I was alone. Natacha always gave me some nice words and asked me everytime if I needed something, how my day was. Juilian was very professional too and checking that everything went well. The whole team was great! The food, breakfat and dinner: The chef David and his big and great time were preparing delicious food. I was really impressed, as it was it the buffet style what can be sometimes average… But the food, the presentation was so nice made with decoration, and the products were impressivly good. Muchas gracias to the whole kitchen and service team for your great work! We were very very impressed with the Helios, thanks to Natalia and all the team for an excellent experience. The Hotel and apartment was spotless and newly furnished, food very high standard and varied every day with choices to suit everyone. We stayed off season and felt the hotel and surrounding area was quiet and safe for families. It's close to the quieter C'an Pastilla end of the beach and most of the other tourists were families or serious cycling enthusiasts on tours around the island. Kids Activities in the area included the beach, which is 1 block/2 minute walk from the hotel. The Aquarium is about 10 minutes away (it's great), and there are two kids playgrounds about a 15 minute walk south to Parque Bosque La Ribera. Bicycles can be rented from the friendly shop just beside the hotel for about 8 euro a day, including baby-chair and helmets. The local town is a 10 minute walk up the beach and it has an excellent public medical centre. Unfortunately our toddler became poorly on the trip, however we were seen within 15 minutes by a great doctor there who spoke excellent english, and there was no cost or hassle as we had our EHIC cards. We stayed in the Apartment part of the Hotel Complex which can be reached in a 1 minute walk from the lobby, passing the spa/indoor pool area, a small playground, crazy golf and table tennis area. There are lots of restaurants and shops and a pharmacy nearby, but we dined at the hotel every evening as the buffet was so good. Thanks in particular to Chef Salah for being so welcoming to our child. So overall this hotel is really really excellent! If you've got kids with you, the apartment block is a good choice as it has a kitchen/living area and balcony that you can use after the kids have gone to sleep. We didn't notice any noise from the elevator and although we could hear the occasional plane taking off it was quiet and brief and didn't disturb us at all.

Our 4th time here and by far the best! We went in the last week before they shut for the season so it’s a little quieter, you’d expect the have less on offer but that isn’t the case at all. Fantastic selection of food every night, that is topped up with fresh batches so quickly you barely ever see something empty. Shoutout to chef Claudio for keeping us full (and then always looking forward to what tomorrow brings) Pool is lovely and relaxing and the indoor heated pool is a hidden gem. The spa area (for a surplus) is amazing value. You have the whole place to yourself for an hour (dry and wet sauna, shower and hot tub) for only €15 per person. The first time we used it we were shocked we have it for private use, well worth it! 4th time here and love it still, it’s about a 2 hour walk from palma (which is a must as it’s so beautiful along the coast) or you could hire bikes nearby and the cycle route is also just as lovely. Perfect for families, couples and even as a honeymoon location. César - Thank you for a lovely stay and running everything so smoothly. Finally Natalia for always checking in what us, no job was ever too small and she was on hand for anything you needed. Like Natalia, you can tell everyone loves working at the hotel, just as much as we love staying there. Final note - We’ve been at 5 star hotels that are on level with this is Hotel, the service is up there along with the hospitality and lovely clean hotel. Something for everyone :)

I was here for the 6th time with my family and was always surprised again and again. I always had a positive impression of the staff, the food, the pool and the rooms. The staff is very nice, Natalia Cisar and Lucy were particularly nice. They always had it a good mood and a good saying. I have booked again for next year.

Great to be back at Helios again. The hotel has done a big investment in the restaurant, and the noice level is now much better . Also, the outside area is now much bigger and better. The staff is very good and helpful, they all seem to enjoy working here. Thanks to Bridget, Cesar, Brigitte, Anatolia, chef cClaudio and the rest of the Helios team.
