Apartamentos Isla Del Sol

Arrived 11.30pm was greeted or rather wasn't greeted by a very rude miserable older gentleman. Were none drinkers but wanted a soft drink asked what time the bar closes he said midnight so it's closed but it was only 11.30pm. Then he proceeds to say your in the basement no view and the lift doesn't go down so carry your luggage down. Down we went to a pitch black corridor there was only 1 sensored light for the whole corridor, room seemed clean but very, very basic. My husband and I have been on many holidays and never been biten and we were both bitten alive not sure if they were mosquito bites or bedbug bites. I would not recommend a studio like we booked as it was very dingey although some of the other rooms look nice. On the day we were leaving we asked the rude guy to call us a taxi to the airport he literally grunted at us he done it but not very hapy about it. Rudness spoils it and that guy just really wasn't very nice. We had a great holiday anyway and the location is really good.

Just returned home after a weeks stay at this gem . Spotlessly clean and helpful staff. Location is ideal and would definitely return. Supermarket is just around the corner and the lovely beach is a five minute walk at the most

Very clean, staff were so polite and chatty and always spoke and made sure we were having the best time. Pool area was lovely and had a bar and snacks available to purchase. Room was clean, great size and perfect for us, family of 4 - apartment with 2 bathrooms and huge balcony. Position was just fantastic - supermarket just a few steps outside hotel to the right and walk to beach on the left - cove beach was just glorious we were there every day - very safe. Fab bars and restaurants - we found a lovely friendly bar on the market square just next to the little church just amazing and looked after us well. We had the most lovely holiday and will definitely return Top Tip: “ Beach cove in can pastilla is ideal / perfect for families - warm and calm - perfect for little ones - definitely worth a visit 😀

Posto pulito e personale cordiale e professionale. Le stanze hanno una cucina basic, ma molto utile. Abbiamo affittato due appartenenti, quello seminterrato aveva un po’ di odore di umidità e di chiuso. In generale a soddisfatto comunque le nostre aspettative.. Situato a pochi metri dal mare e dotato di una piscina e’ perfetto per le famiglie con bambini. In pochi km in macchia si arriva nella popolare Palma per poter visitare la splendida Cattedrale ed il Castello Medioevale o per fare shopping. Torneremo senz’altro.

Es difícil encontrar palabras para describir este pequeño apart-hotel Isla del Sol. Un hotel con un servicio perfecto desde nuestra entrada hasta el día de nuestra salida. Todos los que trabajaban ahí se merecen un aplauso por ser tan profesionales. Nunca una mala cara o una mala palabra y siempre con una sonrisa. Tratan de encontrar una solución a todas tus preguntas y buscan tu comodidad de la mejor manera posible. Y que hablar del servicio de limpieza! les doy un diez y más! Realmente no pudimos haber elegido mejor Apart-hotel; bueno, bonito y barato. A minutos de la playa y de Calas y ubicado a pasos del centro de Can Pastilla y a unos cuantos pasos de las paradas de buses. En cuanto a la zona de piscina todo era perfecto en limpieza y profundidad de las piscinas ideales para niños pequeños y adultos. Y para terminar debo agregar que nuestro vuelo salía a las 00.00 de la noche y debíamos hacer el check out a las 11.00 del día. Estaba preocupada por cómo íbamos a pasar ese día. Pero en el hotel se encargaron de dejarme muy tranquila al decirme que tienen un lugar para dejar las maletas y baños con duchas si deseábamos pasar el día en la playa antes de irnos. Y sin exagerar los baños y duchas limpios, ordenados. Un apart hotel 4 estrellas para mi familia y para mi. Gracias a todos. Esperamos poder volver en un futuro cercano.
