Close to the airport? Good breakfast? Nice terrace? Yes. But it can be easily destroyed by unkind staff at the reception or waiters who take away your plate whilst you're eating. The hotel needs renovation, and the room maintenance should be better (we received a room during check in that shouldn't be given due to lack of any cleaning products in bathroom (seems the room wasn't ready due to missing things). Unfortunately, due to rude receptionists (except one man with curly hair, he was fine), I can't go with a higher vote. And I am sure I won't recommend it to my friends or family.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

There was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday. It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

Our room was nice. Breakfast is good. The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is near to the beach …Easy to go to center of Palma & airport via bus.

Good location and food, good activities in the hotel and close to the beach and the airport, but it was not properly cleaned in the room number, still was some dust on the furniture surfaces.

The resort is near the airport. The beach is only around 50 meters walk from the resort. The room is clean with a balcony, but they did not provide a kettle and free bottled water. Wifi is strong, breakfast spread is ok. Got a lot of pool chair for you to sun tan.

The breakfast was incredibly good and the room was big enough for tow people

Amazing hotel and great staff

浴室沒打掃乾淨，垃圾桶裏面有垃圾，進浴室的時候浴巾是凌亂的…價格還可以，服務態度也還行，在打掃衞生方面應該更細緻些

Hotel bien situado en un pueblo costero con escaso movimiento. Limpieza justa muy mejorable con acabados en cuarto de baño infimos. Almohada inexistente con aire acondicionado de nivel normal. Cuartos no ruidosos pero con inicio de actividad de limpieza muy pronta. En cuanto al desayuno bastante amplio pero poco rotable, al igual que la cena (ambos con una malisimo calidad y PENSADA PARA EL GUIRI Y NO ESPAÑOLES. Atencion penosa por parte del equipo que más que agradecer nuestra estancia nos perdonaban nuestra existencia, sin nombrar las peleas entre el propio equipo delante de la clientela. Creo que el precio es desorbitado para lo que se ofrece.

空港直通バスやパルマからのバスのバス停から近いうえに海岸も近く立地がよかった。両替をお願いしたところ快く両替してくれてとても助かった。また行く時は利用したい。

ビーチから歩いてすぐにあるホテル。大きなプールやBAR、レストランなどもあります。 近くにたくさんのレストランやお土産屋さんもある便利なスポット。 空港から近いのも嬉しいです！

Hotel excelente , personal de atención y de servicio altamente profesionales, el desayuno y la comida muy completos y variados , para satisfacer todos los gustos.
