A.classic robinson retreat
Though check in process was mediocre and guest relations had initial arrogancy; overall service was above the regionalquality. Food service and taste was awesome. Staff generally friendly but the only problem in the mentality of this property of German chain they do not really spoil the guests in their holiday.

Wir hatten wie immer eine tolle Zeit im Club, das diesjährige Sportprogramm war ebenfalls klasse. Sehr unterhaltsam und spaßig waren die Aqua Stunden bei Jean-Luc. Alles war toll , die Sportler verstehen, ihren Job, sowie die Angebote von Kiso Sports.. rund um das ganze Welt -Fit- Team und Entertainment war toll … essen wie immer lecker, und das Restaurant auch klasse geführt.. Wie immer, tolle Shows und auch die neuen Shows in diesem Jahr waren super. Zimmer könnten etwas besser sein Jedoch macht der Rest das alles wieder wett Und was man auch nicht vergessen darf zu erwähnen, ein wunderschöner Garten, selten so eine wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage gesehen Das ist wirklich unvergleichlich Also rundrum ein toller Urlaub👍

Unrenovierte zweckmäßige Zimmer - abgewohnt. Ungewöhnlich für Robinson, dass am Strand keine Mülleimer geleert und keine leeren Gläser abgeräumt werden. Restaurantmanager unfreundlich. Standardspruch: „Bin ich Gott?“ Beim Sundowner Getränke kostenpflichtig, außer Bier und Wasser. Für Robinson ziemlich unpersönlich. Animateure integrieren sich nicht bzw. suchen keinen Kontakt zu Gästen.
