This hotel was an absolute gem! Located just 20 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes from Palma, it’s perfectly situated in a charming village with shops, restaurants, and local markets all within walking distance. We especially loved the local markets on Thursday and Saturday—such a nice touch of local life. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious. The property is like a peaceful little oasis with limited rooms, which makes the experience feel intimate and exclusive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering thoughtful touches like beach bags, towels, and great local tips. The rooms are on the smaller side but beautifully designed and very well optimized for comfort. Storage could be a bit better, but that’s a minor point. The entire property is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for a restful stay. The hotel has its own private gym, sauna, and spa, which added a wonderful wellness aspect to our stay. The on-site restaurant is fantastic—it also serves breakfast, which includes an à la carte menu and a generous buffet with pastries, sandwiches, yogurt, ham, cheese, and more. The coffee was just okay, but everything else more than made up for it. Street parking was free and easy, which is always a plus. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Sa Creu is a hidden jewel. Campos as a location might not be well known, but that is exactly an advantage in overcrowded Mallorca. You get tranquility and relaxation, an intimate pool area, amazing service, but above all staff who are genuinely striving to give you the best possible experience. Everyone on the team was very friendly and helpful, going the proverbial extra mile - whether it was about finding the best beach for a certain day (with beaches and calas getting very busy during weekend in the high season), reserving a good restaurant last minute, and more. Their dedication to providing exceptional service is palpable in every moment. We would like to particularly thank Alice Silva who has made our stay so incredible – you are awesome! On the restaurant side their Tress restaurant is delicious and recommendable. Beaches are only 20 mins away, and Palma is just 30 mins, so it’s still very central (even for Tramuntana - around is about 40 mins to Valdemossa). Only minor point that could still be optimised is the gym, but it wasn’t a priority for us. Highly recommended for people who like the smaller format of a boutique hotel with exceptional customer service. Thank you for making our stay so beautiful!

Most relaxing hotel for a good few years. Hotel is an amazing building with a very high standard throughout. Rooms well appointed and always kept spotlessly clean. All staff are excellent, Alice was such a nice person, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she always had a lovely smile. The gym and spa are also very good and you can book these for private use for 1 hour each day at no extra cost, breakfast is really good, with high quality of food provided. Campos is a great base to explore the South of the Island. Local buses are very good way to see the island

The pictures on the website are a true reflection of the hotel. This place is stunning! My husband and I had the most relaxing 5-day stay. We wanted to switch off from our busy lives and enjoy good food and drink, Sa Creu Nova offered this in abundance. Every member of staff we came into contact with went above and beyond to make our stay amazing (I am sorry, I can not give individual names as I worry that I might miss others). This is one place we will definitely go back to!

Superb hotel located in the centre of Campos A total delight to discover. Creatively designed from three separate buildings that now seamlessly flow together. The owner/architect has brought style, comfort, art & luxury together to form this gorgeous oasis. Every detail has been thought of in the bedrooms & the finished is superb. The staff were most welcoming & offered a very friendly & efficient service at all times. The fact that this gorgeous hotel also offers two highly acclaimed restaurants makes this a must try location for gastronomic lovers too.

I can’t even put into words how great my experience was at this hotel when my wife and I took our anniversary trip. This is a small boutique hotel in a small town and if I ever come back to Mallorca I’m 100% staying there for the entire trip. The rooms were spacious and immaculate with a big bed for Europe and the most comfortable pillows and mattresses. The sheets were extremely soft and I had my best sleep of my two week trip around Spain here at this hotel. The hotel comes with an amazing breakfast (not usual in Spain to come with the room). You get both an assortment of pastries, meats, cheese’s and access to a versatile coffee machine. IN ADDITION, you can order egg or crepe dishes a la carte that are included. Not to mention every room can reserve up to an hour a day in the spa free of charge and it’s private to just you. Lastly, but also most importantly, the staff is extremely nice and accommodating, especially Silvie. Silvie made our time in Mallorca amazing with both her knowledge about the island and attitude toward life itself. She has been in Mallorca for 20+ years and every suggestion and recommendation she had in regards to beaches and Calas as well as how to best attack the day were spot on. Her enthusiasm for the island and enjoying life itself rubs off on you and makes your time there that much better. I can’t recommend this hotel or taking the time to talk with Silvie enough.

From the moment we walked into reception we knew this was a fantastic find of a hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We were given info on the hotel, what was happening locally that evening and places to visit whilst we were there, all whilst on our way to our room. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. We ate in Kaikuri, the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. A fantastic experience, which we will definitely repeat. On check out we sad we were going to the beach. We were encouraged to take the hotel beach towels and beach bag and just drop them back on our way past later. What a perfect end to a perfect stay. Service was exceptional.
