Hotel Diamant Park

Just back from a very peaceful and relaxing week in this hotel. The interior is immaculately clean and our room was also cleaned daily. Comfortable beds and very quiet for sleeping - just the rushing sound of the nearby river. Good sized balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and a view of the garden and mountains. The hotel garden is adjacent to the riverside footpath with a pleasant walk to Canazei, which takes about 40minutes. There is a small heated outdoor pool, whirlpools and indoor spa which incurs an additional daily or weekly charge. We did not use this, but it seemed popular. We stayed half board ( with TUI UK) and were delighted with the meals, wine and service. Very tasty and generous breakfast buffet. Evening meal offers salad buffet, soup, choice of primi and secondi plates, and a fabulous dessert buffet with fresh fruit. As our holdiay was for hiking, we bought the six day "Panorama pass" to allow use of all the lifts. It was well worth it as the high level walking and scenery was fantastic. Despite the temporary closure of the Col Rodella lift this summer, we managed to get to all areas the lby taking the local bus (free with the guest card) to lifts elsewhere in the valley, or walking to or from Canazei on the riverside path. Overall, we were so impressed by the area and hotel that we may return once the new lift is installed.

The hotel is far from being a 4 star. The food is suitable for a 2 (-) star hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very sparse and of poor quality The spa is not included, you even have to buy a robe and slippers. The hotel is located about a 10 minutes walk from the lift. On average it takes an hour to start skiing. The hotel technology is stuck somewhere in the 90s. Overall, try to avoid the hotel

Very clean hotel, great service and good food, Walter was especially helpful.the food was good and plentiful, the spa was great but the price could be included in the hotel cost even if the cost per night was to be raised slightly, campitello is a very pretty town.

The hotel was spotless, the food was acceptable but certainly not amazing. The room was clean and functional and a big thanks to the maid for keeping it so clean for us. The biggest frustration for us wasn't the hotel itself but the time it took us to get up the mountain from the hotel. The lift is a 10 minute walk which is fine but it took us over an hour each morning to get to the mountain due to the volume of people. Totally inadequate and it wasn't even peak season. Be aware!

E' il terzo anno di fila che scegliamo il Trentino e sicuramente questa è stata la sistemazione migliore. L'hotel è molto curato, accogliente e ben mantenuto. Il personale si è mostrato disponibile, affabile e attento alle nostre necessità, direttore compreso, che appena arrivati si è messo a nostra disposizione per farci sistemare in stanza ancora prima dell'orario di check-in. Molto buoni i servizi accessori, come la spa, il rimessaggio biciclette e soprattutto la piscina esterna con jacuzzi vista dolomiti. La posizione è comoda e strategica, in relazione al centro del paese, alle piste ciclabili e ai punti di interesse turistico. Se proprio devo trovare un neo, questi potrebbe essere la cucina, poichè più di una volta, specialmente i primi, li ho trovati non all'altezza del resto. In generale consiglierei assolutamente questo hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti presso il Diamant in compagnia della nostra piccola pelosetta… Al nostro arrivo la ragazza della reception è stata eccezionale, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, ci ha spiegato perfettamente i servizi forniti dall’hotel e ci ha informato su tutto quello che c’era da sapere… Veramente BRAVA… Buono il parcheggio privato dell’hotel, Si trova posto a qualsiasi ora… Bella la camera e molto comoda Noi avevamo una prestige, forse mobili un po’ datati ma non mancava niente!!!! Ottima la pulizia, sia della camera che del bagno… Pulitissime anche le zone comuni interne Complimenti al personale Buona la cucina, avevamo trattamento di mezza pensione… molto professionale e gentile il caposala, così come tutto il personale di sala, molto presente ed attento! Ottima la colazione…. Anche il giardino esterno molto bello, dotato di sdraio con piscina riscaldata e due idromassaggi, nonché lettini ed ombrelloni…. Li ho assaggiato uno dei più buoni spritz Che abbia preso! Bravo al barman! Eh dire di più Siamo stati veramente bene…. Buoni il rapporto qualità / prezzo Consigliato a chi vuole rilassarsi al centro delle Dolomiti, a due passi da tutto!!! Siamo stati bene e ci siamo sentiti a casa Buona anche la cucina! Bravi
