賓館出乎意料的好。環境優美，邊上就是上山索道，自駕出行也非常方便。所有的員工都非常親切。早晨雲霧初起，宛如仙境。以後來多洛米蒂，還是選這家。

This hotel looks a bit dated on the outside and when you go into reception, but stay with it - we really enjoyed our stay. It is well positioned just at the edge of the visit with easy and ample parking. Staff are SO friendly and nice - everyone was really just LOVELY. We were a bit sceptical about eating in-house when we had a quick look at the dining room which of course was empty mid-afternoon, but we decided to do it anyway as the options in the village didn't look that exciting and the price at the hotel seemed reasonable. The food was AMAZING, especially for the price. A four course menu with various choices, for Euro25 a head. And a starters, salad and vegetable buffet as well! We had an excellent wine and promptly booked for the following night as soon as we had finished our dinner. Breakfast was equally good, including a vegetable juicer to do your own carrot and apple juice, which is very unusal and was great. The rooms were functional ski-style rooms, so, not glamorous but were spotlessly clean. A high point was the spa, which is completely free to guests. They have a couple of saunas, a Turkish bath/steam room, a rain shower, cold dip bath, an ice-maker, a freezing fog spray, cold shower, hot shower, jacuzzi and a relaxation room. BRILLIANT! And once again, so friendly. Highly recommended.

The Soreghes is a great hotel for your ski vacation.rooms are big and well equipped with all amenities.very clean, and the bed is very good . breakfast and dinner are great with a big selection of foods, and flexibility for special needs. service at the front desk and in the dining room is top quality. Location is the best ,just in the middle between town center and cable car . Very nice Spa and ski room. the area is very silent and you get a great silent sleep. I wish to thank Antonio Lorenzo and Iris for a special personal service that made our vacation unforgettable. Grazie Mille Very recommended and we will come again .

I can thoroughly recommend the massage in this hotel's spa. After I punished my poor body on the ski slopes, Maria Angela did a great job making it feel better, in a serene environment. A real treat. I visited from another nearby hotel so can't comment on the rest of this hotel.

We returned again to the wonderful Hotel grand Chalet Soreghes. As expected from last year - it was a fantastic experience with all the facilities one would want when going on a long ski trip. Specious rooms , good food - and best part- The hotel stuff: Iris in the reception, Antonio, Amillia and Rebeca in the dining room, and the most exceptional masseuse- Antonella (best massage in the world!). The fantastic Spa that the hotel has was a great way to end a perfect ski day. And all of the above made our stay- as my kids say- the best vacation we had!!! We will absolutely go back next year when going in skiing again in Sella Ronda.

We used the spa as we were staying elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and the spa exceeded our expectations. There was everything we needed aplenty of space even in high season (two saunas, two steam rooms, a quiet room and cold plunge). The price for an out was also reasonable. The decor is cool too

Amazing place and especially amazing staff and service! We stayed there for one night in September as a part of our tour of Northeast Italy and we could not have chosen a better hotel. Both the interior and exterior is very charming with a bit of a retro vibe. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony and amazing views all round. The SPA was very relaxing with various saunas, tubs and showers to choose from. The staff is all very friendly and ready to help with anything. But the star of the show was Antonio! He treated us like family, recommended dishes for us, chatted with us and really went out of his way to make us feel at home. The food is also amazing, both the dinner and the breakfast buffet. Could not recommend this place enough and I really hope we'll be able to visit again soon.

We visited as a family of 5 in Hotel Gran Chalet Soreghes and were absolutely amazed by the complete amazing hospitality experience there. We were gritted every morning and evening by an exceptional stuff in the hotel restaurant, were helped by the smiling girls at the reception and enjoyed the full services of the hotel, including the spa, the gym and the amazing masseuse- Carmela. The ski lift was a short walk away and the ski room where we kept our things was very convenient. Our Room was large and had a beautiful view of the magical town of Campitello. There was one day when the winds did not allow ski, and the hotel stuff was happy to help us find activities for the kids. Thank you for a beautiful week!!!

We ordered Superior Double or Twin Room with Mountain View and paid for it We received a tiny unconfutable low sealing room with a balcony of 1 m² (one). A huge beam that in the room in next to the balcony exit (which you couldn't fully open the door due that the bed was interfering, if you're not careful you hit your head which happened to us few times. About the food: I would leave zero stars if I could Breakfast- Careless and greedy breakfast no vegetables and eggs of any kind! You need to ask for them which is very strange. Dinner – Just forget it. The worse dining experience ever. From start to finish not good the food was utterly atrocious The chicken was flavorless and dry. The beets tasted canned. Save yourself from this place!
