Precisam melhorar o tratamento que dão para os hóspedes! Prolonguei a diária e foram bater no meu quarto, pedindo pra eu descer pra efetuar o pagamento, sendo que poderia pagar no chekout como eh em Qualquer outro hotel! Foram muito grosseiros e desagradáveis! Fora isso, tudo certo!

Eu adoro me sopesara no mercure, é um hotel muito bom e atendimento nota 10

Great hotel for the price! The bed was very comfortable and the food in the cafeteria was good!

It took 4 days to get my cleaning back and the desk was mostly helpful but one desk party was antagonistic with me about my concerns. Room cleaning and the restaurant staff were very nice. I woul not stay again - picked the brand as it is normally a good brand and location. This time location was poor with homeless on the streets.

The hotel is not that good, not much service to talk about. Breakfast are ok, small old shower with water leakeg true the bathroom. Very bad food and service at the restaurant.

Hotel is okay! - long queue for check-in (maybe given Holliday season approaching). Room cleaning good, but we tried to use the stairs (14th floor to swimming pool) and there were many cigarette buts and it was not clean at all - bad guests I think. Infrastructure need review ! Staff is supportive! Breakfast is good!

The room has good space, nice bed and shower. Quality of image on the old TV is terrible. Location of TV far from the table does not permit the use for work.

Hotel na média. Quarto com alguns itens de reserva anterior no lixo e perto dele, ou seja, limpeza não muito boa. Com relação ao frigobar, uma água em hotéis muito menores sempre é cortesia, no caso do hotel me custou o mesmo valor de água em aeroporto. Enfim, é regular, podem melhorar a experiência do cliente.

O hotel é bom, mas ja tinha visto aqui que a governança é bem ruim. Meu marido esqueceu um óculos de sol no quarto, entramos em contato e somente mandaram um email informando que infelizmente não foi encontrado. Péssimo serviço de governança

Nao é possível abrir as janelas. Eu tenho rinite que piora muito com o uso de ar condicionado. Se isso me tivesse sido avisado nas informações do hotel eu teria reservado outro. Gosto de respirar ar puro.

Hotel da Rede Mercure muito limpo e organizado. Pedida certa de hospedagem sem medo de errar.
