The hotel had not well maintained its rooms and the housekeeping is virtually non existence since they had asked the guests to come to the lobby multiple times. Worse off, their security is not even remotely satisfactory as there were strangers using the lifts which should be reserved for guests.

Hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from Kendall/MIT MBTA red line station. Note that there is a similar-sounding hotel "Boston Marriot Cambridge" just above the MBTA station. Daily breakfast is good with breads, cinnamon rolls, sausages, bacon/ham, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Room is clean, comfortable with a functional kitchenette, microwave and dishwasher.There was only a saucepan so we requested for pot and sponge to do some light cooking and cleaning. Washing machine and dryer is shared on 2nd floor - pay by credit card. Filtered water is available in the gym. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Being very grateful to Mike who helped us solved the issue we encountered at the hotel promptly and efficiently. Big thank you to him for his professionalism and dedicated service to the customers. His assistance made a huge difference in our comfort when staying in the hotel.

Modern and clean hotel. 5 mins walk to T, 15 mins walk to downtown. Offered great hot breakfast.

The location is very good, very close to Harvard and MIT, very safe to walk around, there are many restaurants, the overall feeling is open, bright and new, the breakfast is rich, it is the first choice hotel in Boston.

The hotel is located on the MIT campus, a 5-minute walk from the welcome center and museum. The rooms are large, the facilities and equipment are at the level of general American hotels, the surrounding environment is comfortable, and the guests who stay in the hotel look like professors.

Breakfast and hotel food were good. The bathroom door and sink were uncomfortable.

Overall satisfied, but the so-called two-bedroom apartment is not as good as expected

Inside MIT, the university town is safe, the room is large and clean. But the sofa bed is too bad, the child is really tired when sleeping on it

The location is good, the atmosphere is quiet, safe, the breakfast is OK, the bed is small, and the room is large; but the price is not suitable; I suggest you pay a little more and stay at the Marriott next door.

The room is quite big, with a big bed, the child sleeps on the sofa bed, the breakfast is self-service, a typical American breakfast, there is a small kitchen, the tableware is complete, occasionally cook instant noodles, heat up food, quite convenient. The location is close to MIT, you can walk there to visit.
