Parador Cambará do Sul

We stayed in a bangalô and it was perfect. The view, fireplace, jacuzzi and room facilities were amazing. The staff is extremely courteous and professional while still personal and human!!! The food is amazing. Can't describe. At request, the staff organized a happy hour for us and 2 other family couples, brought tables, chairs, food and drinks to our outside "varanda". Great time! Lot's of fun in a very pleasant environment. Way to go! Congratulations!

Relax and Good Food&Wine Go for the lamb and mint pesto, the matambre, the carreteiro de costela. Don’t miss the churrasco fogo de chão on sat/wed. Gaúcho Culture And Great scenery. Amazing Service, the canyons and the balloons are a must. My guess is that the winter is too cold. January was sunny, rainy, good temperatures

beautiful place amazing infra structure!! amazing food amazing horseback riding but.... terrible hospitality !! no ability to deal with people or manage problems or special requests... one of our tours was not booked by mistake, and by the time we were ready to leave, the answer was: "I think the person that was responsible for booking it yesterday forgot to do it".... ????? whaaattt?? no alternative or excuse was offered.... no general manager/hostess around to help the owner, who was at the hotel by the time we were there, wouldn't bother to say good morning to the guests (imagine the terrible example to the employees....) or get to know his clients and experiences.. the rates are very high, so most people expect much more .... unfortunately they offer very poor hospitality service....

Lugar absolutamente incrível, ideal para desconectar dos problemas do dia a dia e viver uma experiência de paz e sossego! Restaurante Alma é maravilhoso, adoramos os pratos , o ambiente , o vinho, tudo perfeito. Quarto super confortável.

Parador é o destino ideal pra quem precisa desconectar da correria do dia-a-dia. Barulho de água, dos pássaros e do vento, apenas. Acomodação aconchegante, conforto na medida certa. Balanço perfeito do rústico com o elegante. Restaurante Alma com o menu delicioso! O Pato é divino! O pudim então? Maravilhoso! Sou cliente fiel há mais de 7 anos e sempre que posso volto pra me reconectar com a natureza e com Deus. Equipe Parador é super prestativ, com a Daniela mega atenciosa na recepção, o Rafael na gerência. Impecável!
