Feels like you're entering bomb shelter with this one, large concrete wall was very unnerving thankfully upon entering reception it was bright and inviting. We were greeted by a gentleman who was polite and robotic, dont ask questions because thats when you get an issue. I asked about noise and cleaning he immediately changed. I zipped it and panicked tbh. I understood soon after as our room was nothing like the advertised images, apparently only some rooms are newly refurbished. If i had know i wouldnt have booked here. the bar in recption is never open, you have to sit outside for that. I travel a lot, at least every month for a few days. I chose this hotel because of reviews, they didnt match my experience at all. I like palma nova but have better sense than to return to this hotel.

We stayed in August in a one bedroom apartment. This was a return visit for us as we’d stayed in April previously. Our return visit was recognised with a lovely card, some brownies and a bottle of fizz in our room. Room was nice and spacious and having the two bathrooms is a bonus. Handy having a fridge in the room too for drinks and ice lollies. The air conditioning wasn’t great but better than none at all. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops immediately outside. Also a short walk to the beach. Never an issue getting a sunbed beside the pool.

Another fabulous holiday at this hotel. This is our 7th time and it has just got better and better. The staff are all very helpful, accommodating and keep the venue spotless. The food is varied each evening, with themed nights for food. The head chef and his fabulous team are continually replenishing anything looking low, and the restaurant staff are always removing used plates from tables. The location of this hotel is so close the beach, and local amenities, plus the 104 just around the corner, which takes you straight to Palma! Whilst it is great to see the world, for the time being this hotel and its location, ticks all the boxes for our needs….

Stayed at this hotel for three weeks and were absolutely satisfied with the quality of service. Most of all, we want to highlight the entertainment and the kitchen. In Rosa Del Mar work a real team of professionals. Hanna, Dana, Alex, Katie, Pablo and Serhio - each of the guys gave us daily time, fun games and excellent evening shows. Especially want to note the yoga, aqua gym , cabaret and Disney’s Quiz, also in - animator Hanna, because she was the one who did all these things. Every time at yoga and aqua-gym there was something new and interesting, and Hanna always patiently and carefully helped as accurately and correctly to perform the exercises. The aqua gym has always been a great family highlight and we strongly recommend you to visit this kind of entertainment in the hotel. Also, I want to say about the quality of the kitchen, every evening the menu changed, there was a very large choice of food. We never went hungry. And separately I want to mention and thank the chef who every evening listened to our wishes and prepared nuggets to order especially for our baby.

Always a good welcome at the mar senses. It’s not our first visit and won’t be our last. Great location for all amenities in palma nova. Great room with double and 2 single beds in room, still enough room for moving round. Great for kids. We did not have the greatest of sunny weather but we made the most of it.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at Rosa del Mar. We've got a room with Pool/Sea View and balcony. Room has a little kitchenette with fridge, microwave,kettle, coffee machine and cutlery and crockery. There are a lot of sunbeds around a pool, always found one no matter what time of day you arrived. Toilets and showers available close to the pool, which is very handy. Snack bar is located close to the pool where you can get some drinks or even warm food. We went half board, and food was delicious. There was plenty of choice. Food always warm. Every evening different themed dinner. Great location, short distance walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Big thank you for all of you for making our holiday unforgettable. Definitely come back to this lovely place. Greetings from Marcin and family.

We just returned from this hotel and we had an amazing time, just what we wanted. The hotel is perfect for families,very quiet and relax. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The food was tasty, breakfast was good and the dinner was something different every time. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a very good location, beach and shops only a minute away. We didn't use the pool,we prefer the beach but we spent a few hours at the kids pool and my son was very happy. Many thanks for all the staff,they looked after us and a special "gracias" for Oscar and hopefully i will see you again next summer amigo,i contacted him for some flowers and a birthday cake and he sorted everything for me, thanks very much Oscar, you are a gentleman. We will return 100% Thanks MarSenses Rosa del Mar for having us

We stayed in the hotel during our family vacation in Spain/Mallorca. It is well equipped for the trip with children (indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor facilities for children with an animation program). We had breakfast/dinner setting - variety of meals was adequate. Beach is not far from the hotel, it is good for children (gradual entry into the sea). We can recommend.
