We were just returning from 10 days at this hotel. We are a family of 10 with ages from 9 to 63. The hotel is clean and tidy. Family rooms are spacious with enough wardrobe space. Rooms for couples are a little smaller with not too much wardrobe space. The food choice was excellent, varied daily, and something for everyone. The pools and surrounding areas are clean and tidy, with plenty of sunloungers. Pool is very cold, but once you're in, it's fine. Our kids were in it all day long. Bars have plenty of choice of drinks, with daily cocktails/mocktails of the day. Lots of daytime activities if you wanted to join in. The evening entertainment was quite short and not much space to sit outside for the entertainment. Lidl is only a 5 minute wall from the hotel, and there is a free bus to the beach/town every 30 minutes except on a Saturday. The only negative we have of this hotel is that it is built on a hill. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues as there are just too many steep hills. All in all we had a fantastic holiday

We visited August 2024 , family with 4 children grandparent also came . Children ages 7,9,11,15 . There was so much for us all at this hotel . We did upgrade to Magnus and glad we did as we found the other restaurant very busy . Our rooms were immaculate we had pool view . Minibar was re stocked daily with fresh bottles of water and rooms cleaned daily . Pools were clean and water was warm (this was probably due to the 32 degree heat of August). The pool with the slides was great for children and adults and they allowed adults to take children down on laps . There is a kids club we didn’t use it however my boys did use the gaming room for half hour too cool down , they had Xbox ps5 switch in air conditioned room great too cool off . Food was great lots of options different themes snack bar had lots of options pizza pasta burgers chicken nuggets salad self serve drinks . Honestly we all found lots we enjoyed . Ice cream also . Entertained was good although we often went for evening walks down to the town . This is 10mins always strolling . There’s a free bus to the beach and back several times a day. There’s two play parks in the hotel a launderette, honestly there’s everything you could need and more for a fantastic family holiday .

By far the worst hotel we've ever stayed in! Not had one meal that was even warm, when the staff bring the food out its already cold. Our room got flooded from an issue they were already aware of on day 1. Cocktail choice and quality were very very poor. Thin walls so very noisy, bathroom door would not shut.. awful avoid

Very basic not 4 star standard. Air con terrible blows warm air, informed staff whos answer to this was to switch it off terrible response given hot weather. Alots of ants within room. Rooms unclean, dust and muck from previous guests, under the beds had not been cleaned from previous guests. Small rooms, very noisy at night time due to generators at the side of each apartment block. Hotel on a very steep hill, grounds of hotel dangerous steep tiled incline, hazard when wet guest were falling. Unsuitable for purpose. Hotel lay out does not accommodate the number of hotel guests or make for a relaxing stay, very crammed. Extremely busy and chaotic at mealtimes, again dining area way too small to accommodate volume of guest. Entertainment area to small so very difficult to watch Entertainment at night as limited space and seats.

Well, been here 1 day up to now, I have never ever known check in as slow and poor as this.got here last night at 9 pm , was about 6 people in front of us, was over 70 minutes waiting to check in. some people at the back of the queue was waiting until 1.30 am, the reason is you have to put everyone’s details into a silly tablet at reception instead of doing it once for all your family, this constantly fails and freezes and they do not have enough staff to sort it.my first full day here and 1 person serving at outside bar, resulting in a big queue, you really need to get it together, if I was manager here you would all be getting a kick up the backside.just walked past reception and a load of people have just arrived and are now queuing even outside reception .god help them, they will be in it 3 hour.Also last night, despite getting here at 9pm, they don’t have the sense to put you any food aside when your all inclusive like other hotels do, so by time we had checked in and gone to room it was 10-45pm and everything had just about closed.get a grip and sort this mess out please.you don’t deserve customers

I really enjoyed this Holliday staff are very friendly and helpful food was plenty of choice and always something nice to eat for every meal can get drinks fast and not too much Queing ,diogo was very helpful got us a room upgrade without any issues and a good price ,would recommend coming

Firstly I cannot understand some of the negative reviews about this hotel !!! We arrived just after the season had opened for 2025 , upon arrival the staff on reception were very friendly and professional, the food was fantastic , lots of choice , fantastic staff again , it can get very busy at peak times but that is to be expected, the entertainment went down well and caters for all ages , clowns very funny ( made my teenager laugh!!), the pool was very clean , slides fantastic, staff very efficient/ superb again, there is a pool bar that serves plenty of choice of alcoholic drinks and there is a self service drinks machine for cold drinks and coffee etc , lots of activities for kids to do , the rooms are on an incline but that did not bother us . Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families looking for a great holiday , we are looking to book again .

Just returned from 6 nights here and had a brilliant family holiday. We booked with Jet 2, check in took a while but staff were lovely, we then had to face the trek to our room, this place is all uphill it was a slog but in the grand scheme of things no big issue. Our room was great, nice size and in a quiet area. The main pool with slides is brilliant, our son had an absolute ball every day, it was pretty easy to get beds and all were in a good area. The restaurant was good, always easy to get seated and no real issues with crowding. Lunch and dinner was always varied and food was enjoyable. The bar at the pool was good, sometimes short staffed which led to queues but wasn’t a huge issue. The entertainment team were great and there was a lovely relaxed feel every night. We had a great holiday, weather was brilliant, staff were great and room was perfect for us.

Absolutely horrific experience. Room was vile, someone else’s plaster stuck to the bed when we arrived. Our ‘clean towels’ when unfolded to use had make up all over them and clearly been used by someone else. We complained and housekeeping were sent in… they didn’t do a thing the manager eventually got involved and it was resolved but in speaking to other guests this was a running theme, rooms not cleaned or maintained. Food was sometimes overcooked or undercooked, landed up with dodgy stomachs once or twice and other families had full on food poisoning, when confronted the hotel said it must have came from eating elsewhere and took no responsibility or accountability! Both my mother and I landed up with cold sores all over our lips, one of us I’d have chalked up to bad luck but the both of us got me suspicious, we watched the bar staff and what happened with the all inclusive drinks cups there were collecting… they got run under a tap and put back out and not properly cleaned. Food plates at dinner were crusted with old food as well and the cherry on top, on the third night there my mother ordered a fresh drink and it had lipstick on the rim… absolutely grim experience and cannot recommend avoiding this place in future!
