臨出發看到很多不好的評論，於是帶着忐忑的心情入住這家酒店；沒想到評論裏説的不好完全是假的！作為一個資深旅遊達人，住過無數星級酒店，這家給我的感覺算很不錯了，酒店地理位置很好，步行就能到沙灘，工作人員服務態度優秀，完全沒有地域歧視，早餐和晚餐種類豐富，泳池雖小，但氛圍不錯，特別是早上，音樂很嗨，唯一缺點是房間的淋浴時設計不好，洗完澡後，洗浴房的水都溢出門外，每次都需要很小心！總體還是滿意的，愉快的一次旅程！

總的來説很好，攜程處理問題也比較順利。

Myself and my partner stayed here for 10 nights, all inclusive preferred club. The welcome at reception was nice and friendly, and this continued throughout our stay. Staff were generally friendly and happy to help. Hotel is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Our room was a good size, nice big balcony with an amazing view of the sea. Nice bathroom with a decent shower. Maids came in to clean daily. The pools were nice, however could become overcrowded, with many guests going down early to ‘reserve’ sun loungers with towels. The staff didn’t seem to do anything about this - if there are towels but no people, surely the towels should be removed so that the beds are available to other guests. The main problem seems to be that there are not enough sun beds for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Thankfully, the preferred club allowed us access to another pool, adults only and much quieter, with comfier beds. Again, you did have to get in early if you wanted a sun bed. This pool area also gave us access to fridges stocked with water, soft and alcoholic drinks - definitely worthwhile! There were also snacks such as sandwiches, pastries, nuts etc, although staff could be monitor these more closely as the supply sometimes ran out. The food was mostly nice, breakfast was consistently good and lunch at Oceana restaurant was very nice (sandwiches, pizza, seafood, cocktails, all very nice). The evening food wasn’t so great, with the main buffet restaurant chaotic and overcrowded, and people lining up to traipse round the food in a line like at a school canteen - this is served in a different restaurant from the breakfast and lunch buffet, which is disappointing as breakfast and lunch were really good. The four a la carte restaurants aren't so much restaurants as they are a food court with four options - burgers, pasta, tapas and a fresh/healthy option (which was never open). The burger, pasta and tapas restaurant were all perfectly nice, however the menus are very limited and we did end up eating out more often than not. There are some really nice restaurants in Palma Nova, 5 minutes away in a taxi. The bars were, again, mostly good, typically not too much of a wait for service even at busy times. Bar staff were nice and service was quick. The only let down was that they ran out of a few of the nicer spirits and these were never replaced - stock replenishment does not seem to exist here. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Arrived 30th August for a week. Got a last minute deal and free child place but next year it’s priced at £3,600 for 10 nights and definitely wouldn’t pay this amount. Room Bed was extremely comfortable but grand daughters sofa bed was awful. Shower hand held attachment didn’t work so my 3yr old granddaughter had to stand under the shower which she hated. She had a ear infection so was a nightmare trying to wash her hair. Big black Ants kept coming in from under the front door and also from under the shower. Little ants everywhere which were on bedding and floor. Glass panel on balcony full of rust and table with 2 chairs seen better days. Air con great. Beds not changed the whole week. Tv worked ok and CBeebies was great and kept granddaughter amused. Food Breakfast don’t go to the small restaurant go to the one by main pool as a lot more choice. Lunch only served at main pool restaurant great choice however nothing for children only caters for adults really. Undercooked chicken served numerous times to us and other diners. The pop up restaurants not best quality Oceana restaurant was lovely had a beef sandwich and was very nice. Dinner only served in small restaurant which is shocking. Don’t understand why they have show cooking and vast variety at lunch but nothing at dinner. We ate out in evening as was nothing for children again either. This hotel in my opinion is not child friendly apart from a kids club there is nothing else for them to do. No park No daytime entertainment. All they get is a 45min disco in evening. They have 3 pools children can use and only the main pool has entertainment which again in my opinion is poor. The reps try hard but for 4star the quality of daytime entertainment isn’t great. Evening entertainment was good though at both family and main pool. Not enough sun beds at any of the pools to accommodate the number of guests. Drinks The main bar is horrendous with not enough staff in the evening. Drinks ok just order a few at a time so you don’t need to keep going back. It’s would help if soft drinks,lager etc was self service like most other AI hotels. I went 4 star in gran canaria which was amazing and compared to this I would only rate this hotel a 3 star. In my opinion there are a lot better hotels than this and wouldn’t return. If I had paid full price I would be very disappointed with what I got but for the price I paid I could suffer it. Off to Cyprus 5 star next year for a £1000 less than what this hotel is charging. Magaluf has so many great restaurants I would only come back again self catering to the resort as I have done many times before.

The hotel smells of sewers a lot throughout the day and they had some construction going on across from the hotel which you can hear in the day ... They don't have enough sun beds so your fighting get one daily and the reception staff are not very friendly.. they let anyone into the preferred parts as people walking in with no bands or normal bands ... The cleaners don't clean the rooms just make beds and give you towels .. the food is amazing and the alcohol options are good .. the entertainment is brilliant infact amazing .. I've stayed in a few Dreams but this is now my last .. oh and the adults pool is full of ants and needs the wood re treating as it's falling apart .. ;-( first time I've complained so ..

We loved our recent stay here - we found there was lots to do, lots of places to eat especially once you’ve had enough of the buffet restaurants and just want a normal meal. The hotel is well located, away from the main area of Magaluf but close enough for a stroll into. Our only issue was that the bedding and towels were not changed regularly as you would expect.

Arrived as a late check-in in the early hours of 27/08/24. Reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Room small for 3 ppl but clean and housekeeping great. Overall a nice hotel, maybe needs updating in places but food plentiful and varied. Main pool area busy but plenty of covered seating and a pool bar..Positives were friendly staff and closeness to the beach. Negatives were not enough staff to serve drinks especially at dinnertime, and entertainment not very good. Not enough to put me off returning though, so overall my 4 day stay was lovely.

We had a great holiday but this hotel could be better in certain areas. Rooms in preferred club were excellent - big bed, good air con, nice balcony, lovely bathroom etc. No complaints there. Adult only area was lovely (you do have to get up earlyish so by 9am to get a sunbed on some days) and drinks and snacks were always available. A coffee machine would have made it perfect and a place to fill up water bottles, water provided in tiny bottles, not very eco friendly! pool area not cleaned at night a few times, cigarette ash on the tables in the morning. Food in the buffet areas is excellent and plentiful with so much choice. The drinks at the bar in the evening were slow, need more staff at busy times. Cocktails were ok - not much attention to details and I love a straw to stir - no such luck! sports bar had a good atmosphere. Specialist restaurants really let this hotel down - for preferred club prices you expect something different from the buffet restaurant and some of the food was the same. Pasta had so much parmesan was inedible and the whole concept was confusing with sometimes being served sometimes having to fend for yourself this lead to people wandering aimlessly around. Burgers were 7/10, best night was the tapas but still spied some things from the buffet restaurant. So in a nutshell - we had a great time but some elements are not 4 star and could be so much better.

We wanted an all-inclusive and ended deciding to give this place a go. We also paid a bit extra to get "preferred club" access. Being peak season and during school holidays it was pretty busy, especially during meal times. I will emphasize that staff work very hard to attend to everything and were friendly as well. We thought the quality of food was decent enough, although I would have appreciated real juice to drink rather than some watered down version. Our room was good overall (nice bed), but had a few issues: -the shower just had half a fixed screen, which didn't stop water getting onto the floor -not enough free power sockets -chairs on the balcony were small and awkward to sit in We only went to the Adults only pool, which is a relatively small area, but decent enough. We did find though that people reserved the limited number of loungers and beds very early and unless you play that game, you can miss out. The resort itself is in sandwiched inbetween other hotels and some residential buildings. This includes a road which has some heavy vehicles passing through during the day. The point is that if you really want to "get away from it all", then perhaps look at more isolated alternatives instead.

We stayed a week (1 adult and 2 kids) and had a great time at this hotel / resort. The hotel is located about 2 minutes walk from the far end of the beach. You are about 5 - 10 minutes walk away from the town which is handy enough and means noise nuisance is low. We found the rooms to be clean and modern. The air con worked well and was a big bonus. Staff throughout the hotel were polite and professional. Would recommend for a family trip.

Was a beautiful hotel only had breakfast but was fantastic would definitely consider going all inclusive
