We’ve just got back from this hotel. On the first day we got back to the room to find the door wide open, reception aren’t interested and only ask if everything is still in the room. Throughout our stay, other members of our party’s room doors wide open when they return after being round the pool. Bring some earplugs as this is a ridiculously noisy hotel, the first night we had a full blown fight outside our room, second night someone with a megaphone until 6:45 screaming, again reception are not interested they were just laughing. There is a constant running water noise throughout the night with the air con, we had no hot water one of the nights. Food was okay, bar prices are ridiculous.

I went to this hotel very lovely hotel as shown as images, the pool is very fun and everyone is really friendly. One of the staff members dale was very cheerful and was brilliant with me and my mates. He always checked up on us made sure everything is okay and he made everyone laugh. Me and my mates thought he was so lovely.

The hotel is located ok, the food was horrible and cold. Rooms are worn and needing some repairs. What ever you do do not book the so called best night with the rep to Mansion night club. You get charged €40 pp and get told you have your own booth and top shelf drinks etc which is total lies. When you get to Mansion for your VIP experience you are given a drinks price list to choose your 2 bottles, we had €280 to spend and the drinks are €190 for a bottle of Vodka which you can buy for less than €20, you don’t have a booth and the club was actually over rated and rubbish so save your money. Also don’t use the rep at the hotel because he is a lying money grabber that talks total rubbish, use another excursion outlet to book any trips. The waterpark is a fun day and cost €36 for the day. I feel magaluf is over priced and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I will not return to the island if you paid me.

Didn't have much interaction with the staff but when I did they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, everything you could want, hot or cold. Bedroom was big enough and very clean. Just 2 minor moans, the silicone sealant around the shower could do with being renewed. Also the hotel wants to be environmentally friendly by not washing towels as often witch is very commendable, but when you insert the card for electric the TV comes on automatically, that is not good for the environment.

We arrived late at night, and after checking in, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly Bulgarian security guard who gave us valuable tips about the area. We stayed in a room on the fifth floor with a view of the pool. Contrary to some other reviews, and perhaps because it was the end of the season, we had no issues with excessive noise and slept well every night. The bed could have been a double, but it was actually two singles pushed together. Access to the beach is very easy, just a 2-minute walk at most. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, as was the dinner, both served buffet-style. A special thank you to Manolo, who served us with a smile every day. The hotel's pool is spectacular and very well-maintained. In short, we were delighted with our stay and would definitely return to this hotel again.

Cane here for a stag di and stayed at Sol House. friendly staff. pool area has chilled house music playing jn the day which creates a chilled vibe. my room was clean and spacious. a bar downstairs and plenty of space to chill either inside or out. breakfast was great, more than enough choice

This is a terrible hotel. 95% of the guests here are 18 year olds on their first holiday away from mum and dad, and as a result the hotel is more like a hostel. Teens running up and down corridors all night, throwing stuff off balconies and generally causing a nuisance. If you want to sleep then stay elsewhere!! Cleanliness of rooms isn’t very good with cockroaches in rooms and the communal areas. Rooms are tired, run down and have an awful sewage smell from the drains.

Just back from another wonderful Stay @Sol House The Studio I honestly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough or put into words the atmosphere within. Rooms great, food fab but the feel good buzz of this hotel is unreal. DJ on all weekend, foam party the list goes on. Can’t wait to get back there in September
