Loved it. Staff are so friendly and English speaking so didn't have to use my entry level Spanish to confuse things. Rooms are spotless and housekeeping staff were great. Drinks on offer were good, Cruz Campo for the beer drinkers. The only thing I'd like to see is some order at the all inclusive meal times. It's borderline chaos and plates are kept behind the queues. I don't know the answer, maybe this is the best option but just a something to think about. Plenty to do here, plenty of loungers. Just brilliant and would love to revisit.

Great hotel & theme park. Very family oriented, clean bright rooms, excellent food, staff friendly. Pool & theme park well thought out. Our little ones loved the upside down house, 4D cinema & splash park. Absolutely loads to do & the evening entertainment was great! 10 minute walk to lovely sandy beaches if you want a change from the pool.

This hotel is fantastic. The room was spotless. The cleaning staff are a total asset to this hotel. Without them it would be a disaster. With so many children lots of accidents. Nothing is too much they are on hand anytime. The restaurant was very busy and can be noisy. Again nothing is too much. Staff are friendly, helpful, the robots are great entertainment for keeping the kids happy. The choice of food was very good lots of salad, ham, cheese. Plenty fish and meat. Lots of bread choices and gf rolls. Kids have a choice of pizza, pasta, sauces, chips and nuggets. Our fussy son lasted on pizza, chips and breads. But that was his choice. On the outer bar they have hot dogs and chips and things throughout the day. The park its self was great. We also went for the golf n laser passes. Golf is fantastic. Two to choose from. That was a hit every day. €12 each was well worth it. We didn’t do much of the entertainment as it gets very noisy. Some people don’t watch what the kids are up too. This was our choice not to. Great location. Easy walk to the beach.

Great time great food my only issue I had was something of mine went missing (head mask so I don’t get beard oil on my tops when I take my shirts off) in the room and I never got it back and had no explanation from them . Be careful with your stuff because they might just take it and they look at you side ways when you ask where the HELL your stuff has gone ! Apart from that place and food was great . Bit of a sour taste in my mouth that’s all

We have just returned from 5 days away , the food was fantastic and plenty of choice at every meal time , swimming pools were suitable for all age groups and small rubber rings were allowed , hotel had a supply too you could lend , sun loungers there was plenty at all times of the day , free snacks , ice cream pic and mix were fab at the snack bar , children loved free slush , hotel close to all amenities and beach, Aldi/ Lidl across the road. Entertainment was the normal holiday thing but the foam party on Wednesday night was fab the children loved it. Our only negative would be the size of the rooms , a double bed and put me up bed left no room for pushchairs and suitcases which resulted in me take a nasty fall may I add sober !! Also the glass bathroom door not really suitable for a family room especially with older children ..

Full holiday rewind by bed bugs. Had all our clothes taken from us and our luggage to be frozen.. due to this was stuck in room on the day it was 1 of our birthday. Was woken up at 3.30 am to bug in my ear turned light on and loads of bugs on my pillow. Still to this day a week later still getting up every day with more bites. Second time here spending nearly 3k on the holiday and the first time we came we spent loads on rings for kids! Was told couldn’t have them as was too big (medium size as my kids were 3&5) this time here I brought with me the tiny Amazon floats that are net in the middle with the two tiny blow up ends!! My 8 year old is immediately stopped can’t get in the pool with it! When asking why the guard said the managers rules! I said that’s fine but what is the reason why as there’s bigger rings in the pool and noodle sponges! He said he will ask the manager! He came back and said the same, I asked again what is the reason as it’s tiny compared to the rings in the pool! No reason! I understand that these huge floats are not a good idea in an average size pool with lots of kids but this tiny thing I got with no reason to why I can’t have it is just stupid! My child can’t use something he takes enjoyment from that is tiny on a 3k holiday! It’s not pushing the boundaries on the large item rule as it’s smaller than what people are using! Taking fun away from kids on holiday is terrible! Second time visiting and would have come again but this has just made my mind up! Won’t be returning! Silly petty thing to take away from a child on holiday!! People might think I sound petty writing this but where’s customer care! It’s a tiny child float, once someone does something like this so petty to a child with no reason It gets my back right up!!

We had an amazing time with our kids at Katmandu and plan on returning. The hotel was very clean and spacious with comfortable rooms. The park was amazing and had tons of activities. The upside down house was definitely my favourite. We really enjoyed the pool and had no issues finding pool chairs on all of the days we were there. The lifeguards also provide pool toys and free pool diapers for babies in case you need it. They really thought of everything!
