Good hotel for kids, however there are few things that we didnt like. First of all the rooms are very small, definetely not for a family of 4. There were the beds and half metre around the beds to pass. Also the wardrobe very small for 4 people. Then, the quality of the all inclusive drinks and snacks is really low, the cocktails are just some syrups and soda. The swimming pool opens quite late at 10am. The pool sunbeds were almost all occupied at 10 am. The guests were throwing the towels in the early morning. The one cup policy is also bit strange- you can get one cup if you want another drink you have to return the cup and then you can get another drink. The food at breakfast, lunch, dinner was almost same everyday. We checked out at 12 on our last day and our flight was in the evening. At the reception when we checked out they saic we can use all the facilities, but we were not allowed to enter the main restaurant at lunch and dinner on that day because we already checked out. That was really sad. The lady was so unpolite. Apart from that everything was good, the kids activities were great,kids had a good time.

There were many pros to this hotel and some cons. Travelled with 4 years olds for reference. The place was perfect for my children. Big pool and little pool as expected. Yes it was cold getting in but one of those that is fine after a few minutes of moving. The larger pool varied in depth from 1m20 to 1m40. You can’t take lilos in only donut style rings of a max of 60cm. There were some mini children lilos, probably about 50cm in length scattered about. There was a disabled access to the pool available and some sun beds reserved for less abled people too. You can’t eat around the pool or at your sunbed which is a good thing because those that did, the birds (pigeons / seagulls) came. Absolute pro was the fact people couldn’t smoke around the pool. There was a smoking area though which is fair. The biggest con was, despite signs saying not to reserve sunbeds, people did. They were there at 7am and one family reserved 6, didn’t show until gone 2pm and completely blocked a walk way with a paddling pool. Some poor family had to keep walking round a different way to get to their sunbeds. You can’t use water guns / pistols in the large pool, only the children’s pool. Just to add, there are plenty of parasols but aren’t 100% at blocking the sun out for those looking to avoid the sun completely. The inflatable obstacle bouncy castle was the best. The splash park essentially had 3 slides for their age. There were 2 x further slides which you have to be taller for. I never saw which height though. Some things to note with the splash park, the lifeguard didn’t allow a child to wear a T-shirt despite the mum stating it was to keep him covered to prevent sunburn. No sunglasses whatsoever so if you wear prescription sunglasses and are blind without them, it’s still a no. But we saw a few not get asked to remove them.. The waterpark has deck chairs and set session times you can attend. It seemed to be quieter towards the end of the day. Really clean, non slip surface and good lifeguards. Soft play was great and a really good safe system in place. Just be mindful that sometimes there are school trips and parties so you may wish to return at a later time. The staff there were all really friendly. The Upside House my children loved and visited on a daily basis. The 3D short films and shooting games were great. My husband and I love shooting games so we were in our element. Our children did two of them and one we didn’t let them as it was a zombie one. They run all on a regular basis and again, really friendly staff. We did do the golf which we paid extra for, which was 15€ each, but could return as often as we wanted. One side it was basic and the other side was the more fun one. The price also included a lazer game where you essentially shouldn’t set the lasers off. It did appear to have the possibility of different levels but it was set at one level and the woman just quite abruptly said, go in, don’t set the lazer off, press the button an

This is the best family hotel we have been to so far for a single parent with a 3 & 17 year old . From the moment we got into the hotel we were greeted with a child friendly reception staff who put me at ease explained everything I needed to know to navigate our way around. Hotel room was perfect size for us and having a balcony even better especially that the lights all went off throughout the hotel at 12am meaning there wasn’t noise from neighbours. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food was like every other all inclusive the only thing I wished they did do for my fussy youngest was proper chicken nuggets instead of fingers. Kids club had my kid was crying if he missed it during the day not to mention it was nice to have a little half hour to breath myself. the staff work so hard long ours but are always putting the kids first. Evening kids disco can be late if mines didn’t have a nap as he was grumpy but it is hard to judge as some days he napped late evening meaning it was perfect for us just getting back from dinner. Also can we just appreciate a 12pm check out for anymone who has an afternoon flight this was perfect. Over all this hotel is literally made for kids I was so worried about this years holiday after a bad experience at another well known hotel in Alicudia but I have already been looking at booking for next year before I even checked out. happy kids = happy parents
