房間寬敞，有沙發帶陽台，距離海灘步行幾分鐘，附近街上有免費停車位，街對面有個大型超市，游泳池挺漂亮，正趕上歐洲假期，全是帶孩子出來度假的人家庭，到卡爾佩的首選；不過，國內住慣星級酒店的可能有點不習慣，沒有拖鞋、沒有洗漱用品、沒有紙巾、沒有浴袍，哈哈，都需要自己備上哦

I would have given it more but the ongoing works spoiled my rest. The work starts at 7:30am. I have a mobility scooter that couldn’t access the pool area because the entrance was out of the hotel and down the road and in through a sliding gate which had the floor drilled up. Others have mentioned no kettle or proper cups. Only paper ones. The water in the fridge was not replenished ( 2 small bottles) The staff were amicable enough but not consistent. Queues for meals were long even if you had tried to book which we were told you couldn’t !! Felt disappointed as we had recommended this hotel to all the guests for son’s wedding. We spend most of the time going out. No entertainment, no poolside service so a drink requires a trip along the road and into the lobby and wait for a bar person to serve you and then you had to carry it out. Not easy for older guests let alone disabled ones. Rooms where clean and beds where comfy.

I was impressed by the hotel on our arrival and it didn’t disappoint with our room. We were on floor 3 with pool and a small sea view. However the rooms are quite noisy with doors banging at all hours which I can’t understand as they are self closing doors! The noise from the entertainment also comes through the balcony doors if you want a night in. The food was adequate as usual not red hot but the salads and prawns were nice. Restaurant staff are nice and friendly and tidy up your table quickly. Reception staff don’t seem to have a lot of knowledge about getting about the place, I asked the best way to get to Altea and Benidorm and was told to go to the tourist centre! The entertainment was at an open air theatre across the road whilst we were there but was moving indoors just as we left. It is at 22.30 and lasts till 24.00 we found it a little too late for us but it was busy. It was all in Spanish though (yes I know it’s in Spain but we don't speak Spanish) we went a few times and you get drinks from the waiters. If you want sun all day then you play musical chairs. I didn’t mind this as it was quite hot.

Breakfast was good. Food at diner was poor. Drinks were expensive... not even water for free at dinner yet at breakfast there was a choice of water, juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and prosecco. Do not try the pinacolada... it was 10 euros and tasted like it was just pineapple juice (poor quality - concentrate)... a complete waste of money! Many of the sun loungers were broken and there were very few sun umbrellas. Inflatables weren't allowed in the pools.

I recently stayed at the AR Diamante Beach Hotel in Calpe, Spain. The hotel itself is modern and attractive, with clean, comfortable rooms and a lovely pool area. The location is great, and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a serious illness I contracted during the trip — I was diagnosed with Campylobacter, which made me very unwell. While I can’t say definitively where it came from, I did notice on several occasions that some of the meat and fish served at the hotel restaurant appeared undercooked, which raised concerns about food safety. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of support from our travel provider, TUI. When we reported the illness and concerns about the food, we received little assistance or follow-up. For such a large and reputable company, I expected better care and responsiveness, especially when dealing with a health issue abroad. It’s disappointing, because the hotel itself has a lot of potential to offer a great holiday experience. I would strongly encourage the management to take a closer look at kitchen hygiene and food preparation practices, and for TUI to reassess how they handle customer issues — particularly those involving health and safety.

The hotel looks nice, but the reception area smells of damp. The food is good for breakfast and lunch, not so good for dinner, usual all inclusive but something for everyone. The real issue is housekeeping, for a 4 star the cleaning is very poor. Beds don't get made, let alone changed. We stayed for 10 nights and the beds have been changed once, and that's because we had to ask 3 times for clean bedding and towels, it took over 3 hours for the reception staff to sort it out. Room wasn't cleaned properly, the shower screen is just as bad as when we arrived. Black hairs around the sink, which were there for days, not ours my partner is bald and I'm blonde. The lifts are terrible, 4 lifts but you have to put your room number in then it tells you what lift to use, can wait up to 10 minutes for the right one, then you get queues as everybody seems to be waiting for the same lift, nightmare!! Wouldn't stay here again, I've stayed in 3 star hotels which provide a better service
