Ulasan Astrotel Monumento

Secara keseluruhan, Astrotel Monumento memberikan pengalaman menginap yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Lokasinya ideal untuk menjelajahi kota, dan meskipun ada beberapa masalah kecil, sisi positifnya jauh lebih besar daripada sisi negatifnya. Saya akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun yang mengunjungi daerah ini yang mencari pilihan akomodasi yang nyaman dan berlokasi di pusat kota.

Bagus untuk harganya. Kekhawatiran saya kebanyakan untuk kebersihan kamar hotel terutama, ada sedikit kecoa, bantal juga dan toilet tidak begitu bersih

Aircon is super cold, it's good, it's clean, limited space but overall it's good

Booked a VIP ROOM but it doesn't looks like a vip room. The room is smaller than the PREMIUM ROOM that we had booked a week ago. There's also dead cockroaches when we entered the room. The wifi is weak like it keeps on disconnecting. There's a TV but no remote (we ask for a remote but we got nothing). The AC is nice tho. The location is also nice because it is near SM Hypermarket, SM City Grand Central, Bus Stations and lots of stores. The staffs are also nice.

Room i got like an oven! cleanliness is worst

We stayed for two days, the room doesnt have internet connection we can bare with that, but water to shower and remote for the TV is missing. Cockroaches all over.

The service is good.

No parking for for wheels. The lobby or entrance smells like smoke and the ambiance is very cheap. Looks like a place for fornication and adultery.

Stayed here because of board exam. Location-wise, it is good as it is surrounded with malls, drug stores, etc that are very convenient for us. The place is clean, but the service is not quite good. We tried raising the issue on the remote thru call and personal, and the staff kept saying they'll assist us and fix it but until our checkout time, no one really came. We stayed there for 4 days fyi.

The hotel was not really clean. There is also a towel left by the previous guest that was not taken away

It's my 5th time having a VIP room definitely will come back again.
