The overall service is good, except the waiters in the restaurant would never provide for the things u ask, e.g tomato sauce, ice, an additional plate,etc.
For the half board, the restaurant will change the menu everyday n u can choose 1 starter, 1 main course , 1 dessert amongst the 2 or 3 choices.
The room is very spacious n clean, comfy bed but the layout is no good.
It is strange to have the bed in the middle of the room with the bath tub, wash basin n toilet surrounding the bed.
But the cpu value is high compared with lots of other hotels in Mauritius. The room with jacuzzi is recommended

Le séjour a été totalement agréable du début jusqu’à la fin. Le personnel entier s’est montré aimable, serviable, agréable avec nous, nous avions l’impression d’être unique chaque jour. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, la chambre super grande et super belle. Le petit-déjeuner ainsi que le dîner sont super bon.

Very DISAPPOINTING experience for me and my family. We booked for Easter . Got confirmation for our booking and made a FULL payment for 3 rooms. When we got there, we were told that they didn’t receive any confirmation and we were asked to wait for 1 hour to get us checked in. THREE hours later we were told that we wouldn’t be accommodated and were asked to LEAVE. Without any apology. We are still awaiting for our REFUND. The hotel is definitely NOT a five star. The so called “managers” on duty were RUDE. I have to mention that I am 30 weeks pregnant and had a toddler with me. They do not know the meaning of the word hospitality. The manager on duty threatened to call the security to make us leave. I definitely do NOT recommend such a lousy place.

Wow wow wow what a beautiful hotel, settings service staff and facilities!! I am definitely coming back soon!! Totally paradise!! Thank you guys!! I would definitely recommend this amazing suit only hotel! Rooms a beautiful! Nothing native! Only wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you all the team especially the manager Leckraj and Nishta at front deck plus so many others!!!

Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel and Spa is a rare gem. First booking had to be cancelled due to the cyclone.Nishta from Guest relations went all out to assist. The stay and all requests were handled to perfection. Yona and Vimanee, were incredible.

The hotel is a truly a little Diamond Hotel on the North Coast of Mauritius. We highly recommend the hotel. From your breakfast table you can enjoy an amazing view of Coin de Mire. The services and cleanliness of the rooms are impeccable. The food in the restaurant, especially the deserts are of a high class.Mr Rama the Restaurant Manager is very helpful and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay an enjoyable one. He even organised a special last Dinner on the spot

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Sea Diamond. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious with lovely furnishings. The bar and restaurant were excellent, every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I apologise too many names to remember but thanks to Aman and Ashvind for your assistance with wine choice, great cocktails and your helpful advice during our stay. I can’t speak highly enough of the extremely hard working staff in the restaurant. The food mostly a la carte rather than buffet was amazing ! Presentation and flavours of every meal was excellent. Thanks to Sandy and the ladies in the spa for great treatments. Reception and management team were very helpful and engaged with guests regularly. The boat trip from the hotel to Flat Island was a great day I would recommend. Apologies again I can’t remember everyone’s names but you are a great team, keep up the great work you do!

From beginning till end it was excellent. As I reached to the hotel I got an amazing welcome with cold towels which was very good at refreshing yourself and a cocktail. I badly needed that holiday to be relaxed and cut off from the busy world. It was a truly wonderful time spent in this beautiful place and mostly which is very calm and peaceful. I recommend most of my friends to visit your hotel because it is a true paradise. All the staff are so kind hearted and with good manners. Special mention to Yona who has been here each time to see if ever I am feeling good or ever I needed something. She is a lovely lady and professional too. Also thank you Vimanee for the departure done and for the little jokes. I thanked everyone and sorry if I haven't retained other names in my mind. Thank you guys. See you soon ❤️ Eli

Had been for my daughter's first birthday. Had a great family time. Very good staff, Lekhraj, Nishta, Rama and other staff were very excellent and helpful. Nice spacious rooms and very good food. Thanks for the chef as well, to make something out Off the menu. We all had a great time
