Room was as advertised and fit everyone comfortably! Location was great!
Only downfall, I sent in my credit card to have on file for my grandparents to easily check in to the hotel and not need to provide anything, however upon arrival, front desk demanded they also provide another credit card for the deposit. Weird, since they already had mine and the form filled out for the deposit.

我覺得不能説好也不算不好，套間帶着各種廚具要是做飯比較方便，但是基本的牙刷等洗漱用品都沒有，樓頂隔音不好，帶着早飯，簡單但是還挺好吃，如果去市區辦事住這裏不太方便，在市區可以同樣價格找到很多酒店。

酒店距離卡爾加里機場雖然不遠，但衹適合開車前往。停車位免費。周邊不遠有購物中心和華人超市T&T。酒店門廳邊上有部分空間在裝修。提供免費美式早餐。我們預訂的套房，包含兩個獨立的大床卧室及兩個洗浴衞生間，廚房和客廳連通，客廳有一個沙發床（適合一人），廚房提供了冰箱、微波爐及所需的炊具和餐具，調料衹提供鹽和胡椒。設施、傢俱及裝修雖然有些陳舊，但都很好用。

A great effort is being made to update this property, however it's age is still showing through. Our one bedroom suite had doors that were filthy and falling apart, dirty chipping kickboards, however the beds were so comfortable. The lights, counters, fixtures and much more were updated. The breakfast was very good. Pool was cold and dark. But the slide was good and the hot tub was great.

This hotel is in major need of upgrades from top to bottom, definitely shows its age!! Service from front desk to breakfast staff is excellent. The room is ok and was clean, the hallways are dirty and gross and smell horrible. The pool and hot tub areas are breeding grounds of filth and the water smelled like death. Closed the second day for “maintenance” Showers took 15 plus minutes to warm each day. Like I said stay if your in a pinch but don’t expect more that one star quality.

They were training staff when we arrived so the check in was a bit longer than normal I'm sure. When we called in for a shuttle we were told just to use a taxi and have the driver come in to be reimbursed, our taxi driver seemed a bit upset about it but it did cause him a wait as well. We were able to stay in a multiple bedroom room which was awesome as we were travelling as a family. The room was spacious and clean and would be great for a long term stay as it had kitchen amenities. A restaurant on site for supper would have been convenient but there were restaurants close by, we just needed a cab as we didn't have a car. I would have no problem staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. This is not a luxury hotel experience but it is really good for familys trying to stick to a budget. The suite we rented allowed us to get the kids to bed while still having some family visit in the living room area. The room was clean. There was some slight staining in the bathtub which was barely noticable and the fridge didn't smell the freshest but overall we were very happy with the stay
