HYB Eurocalas

It was great! I am writing this in the hotel they have 2 water parks and a pool. Have not tried the arcade but I've heard it's bad. Most of the reviews say it doesn't work. The rooms are clean. The cleaners come in about once every 2 days. Best first holiday ever!

Returned from a family holiday from HYB eurocalas and would defiantly return! Hotel is great for kids, 2 water parks (small and big one) and a play park, entertainment, good snack bar which is on mostly all day Rooms are good size, travel cot was up for us and clean (cleaners come round everyday) Food, picky eater and I managed to eat, pizza is really good, the snack bar burgers/chips/ice cream. Breakfast good choice and dinner (didn’t have lunch due to snack bar) Area; not an awful lot in the local area but 2 beaches close by Cala Domingo’s was the nice beach (hotel run a transfer to and from), shops 10 minute walk out the hotel and turn right (shops and bars) From reading past reviews can see the hotel have improved/ renovated during the winter season, would return!

I would of gave this hotel a 5* if it wasn't for the awful tasting water tasted like drain water and having to constantly buy water the fridges dont work in room either. Our transfer is at 7pm so asked for late checkout but got declined even though when checking website their are spare rooms available being a single mother with 2 small children put on top floor was awful and anxiety was through roof on balcony so we kept door shut. The lifts would shake so much it was just horrible beds are really uncomfortable to be honest but some like firmer beds i dont. Apart from all Of that the entertainment is great the food is ok.. i think its great for kids im just very picky. The snack bar is good only beer and soft drinks here though can only get cocktails etc at main bar. New water park is great. Location not bad at all 10 mins in to a little town. Beach not far either. Dont reliy on the shuttle its 6 seats every 2 hours or 4 euros in taxi. Shop is reallly over priced. Like i said facilities r good apart from Shower going really hot or really cold not great. Maids never seem to make up my room and come up at like 6pm when we had come back to get ready but other people i spoke to had no trouble must of been because we were on top floor. Kids club is safe and secure kids never went hungry they love the slushies. Also the icecreams the staff r friendly and bar staff work very hard. Was never waiting long for a drink. We have really enjoyed it apart from those small annoying things ❤️ thankyou euro calas

I love this hotel 😍😍😍. It was my fifth time there. Every time I feel like going back to my second home. Food was delicious, room fantastic. The huge credit for he Staff. They make this place so wonderful and welcoming. Animation team so good-Nico - the best. Receptionists always helpful, Cleaning ladies - great, Restaurant - always perfect. Tony and his staff were always keeping everything on the highest standards. But my favourite and the most enjoyable time was at the bar😂. Everyone there was so nice: Manuel, Kiko, Alba, Kevin, Jose, they are great, but the best is Said. I have to say, that I never met someone that professional at his job. He works with passion, with all the skills needed, speaks-I think 5 languages- very impressing. Always smiling, even when very busy, he will find the time to chat with you. My son adores him. Said exceeds the highest expectations. Thank you very much everyone. I will definitely come back.

We have arrived home today after a 4 night stay We arrived as a group of 4. 3 adults 1 child. Booked a standard 1 bed apartment. In the mallorca block... only 1 lift works but we was on the 1st floor so took the stairs. The room had a sofa bed, with a pull out drawer bed underneath. In the bedroom was 2 single beds pushed together and also an extra single bed. Bathroom was modern and tidy. There was also a small balcony. Room was kept clean, and beds made daily, although the towels were not replenished. The food was actually quite good, which really surprised me as i have been to many an all inclusive and been unable to find anything to eat. The pizza is delicious, and even the chips were lovely! Breakfast was brilliant, the fresh pancakes were a hit. Lots of cold meats and cheeses if you just fancied a sandwich. The pool snack bar was sufficient, help yourself to slush and beer. Had to walk to the main bar for anything stronger though. The weather wasn't great during our stay, and we found there really wasn't much to do when it was raining. The entertainment of an evening was a bit hit and miss. The acrobats were great, and the two gents singing were amazing. One night we just had bingo indoors, the sound system was awful, couldn't hear the numbers, and it had all finished by 9pm. The new waterpark is more of a splash pad, which is a shame as it was very scratchy underfoot and the hydrocatches at the end of the slides seemed to be too full. I thought the whole thing would be in the water, so was a shame to find out it wasn't.. there is a smaller one which is in the water for younger kids. Plenty of lifeguards and pool floats were allowed! There was no music or water aerobics on in the pool during the daytime.. a bit of music would have been appreciated. There is a little shop on site and an arcade, but the machines do tend to chew up the money. The drinks were fine from the bar. Said looked after us all week, and was always bringing the friendly banter. We did have a few concerns with a domestic incident we witnessed and strong herbal smells but that's not the hotels fault at all. Overall, the place was spotlessly clean, and we really enjoyed it. I rarely visit the same place twice, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks for a great time. See you all again soon!!

Hotel was clean and spacious, rooms were made up everyday. Facilities and food was clean and of great quality. I took my 3 year old daughter here with my friend and there was something for everyone. Manuel and Said were great and friendly on the bar, the children's entertainment was great quality too, my daughter particularly liked Nico and Mandy who had great energy in the kids disco. Close to the beach, there's a bus transfer but we walked most of the time because it was so close by. Close to shops and restaurants if you wanted to venture out a little. We will be coming back next year 🤩
